I ordered 3 hats on 11/5,/24
I ordered 3 hats on 11/5,/24. I got in touch with them and said that they had confirmation from UPS that it was delivery in my mail box on 11/12/24. I have not seen the hats and when you call this company no body will answer the phone and i call ups and they will not let you speak to a representative. I most definitely would not order from them.

Poor Quality, No Full Refund Option
I ordered 3 items, one of which was a printed T-shirt. It arrived with the image printed squint, and a heavy, rubbery feel. Customer services said I would have to cover expensive shipping fees to China to get a refund, or accept refund of just the original shipping fee as compensation. In the end I was refunded about 20% of the value of the T-shirt. The 2 caps I ordered were slightly disappointing quality also.
