Prompt service, good price and quality.
Bought both 4 compatible printer cartridges and 4 original Epson cartridges. Initially skeptic of compatibles but was surprised at print quality at 1/3 of price.
Very prompt service, dealt with a couple of issues in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Bought a pack of 24XL Epson at 87€ which then, I got a refund back of the money without explanation. For my surprise, I go back to the website to found they changed the price to 115€... if it was a mistake from them in first place, It´s not my problem. Never going back, untrusted service.

The printer occasionally has trouble…
The printer occasionally has trouble with the cartridges and just prints one sided document. Needs re-installing of cartridges to solve the issue.

Buyer beware
Ordered an original HP pack of ink cartridges. The products delivered were time-expired old stock for which the HP manufacturer's warranty had expired in 2020.
