I used to love panda express

I used to love panda express. I will not be going back. I have had the wrong thing brought to me after having to wait 30 min. A month ago. The one by target off of 44.
2 weeks ago I pick e d up at the window off of campbell wrong order again.
Last work on Glenstone I ordered, lo mein and walnut shrimp and orange chicken. The lo mein filled the Styrofoam carrier with each entree put in the 2 VERY SMALL openings left in that carrier and it was 18.72. There of course only 2-3 bites if that in those pockets.
That was the last straw. Never again will I be ripped off like that. I will order from the restaurants before I pay for anything at panda express again. 3 different stores in a month.

I ordered a family meal for 5...the fried rice was under cooked and tough. The teriyaki chicken looked (&tasted) boiled with no teriyaki flavor at all--was slimy, grey & fatty. Much of this was fed to my dogs. Won't be going back, as this seemed like overpriced "food". The staff were very nice, pleasant & professional though.

I find that manger’s at Deland store…

I find that manger’s at Deland store have great employees ,to make sure food is prepared right.They train to cook the right way .. great colors on food table.. very courteous..I eat at different panda’s and I find Deland Panda is consistent on food preparation and flavor..

Limited selection. Employee had a bad attitude.

Arrived at Panda Express in Provo, Utah, 1200 Towne Centre #2072, at 11:00 AM, 01/19/2026, no lights on. I asked what time they opened, male employee mumbled "now". Only half the selections had food. Employee stated, "half the heaters were broken and that's all they have, take it or leave it." Definitely won't be buying their food again.

12/27/2025 Maine mall restaurant. I went there and I got a small bowl of lo mein and orange chicken and a egg roll ( which was black ) as I went to go check out the two Asian ladies that were doing the checking out just stood there laughing at a table behind me or something else but I stood there for a minute with my debit card in my hand and they just ignored me so I just walked off and I didn't pay for my food but I also didn't get anything to eat which was the whole reason to go there I was hungry and they just stood there laughing and talking in they're language and didn't even check me out. Never again will I go to this place. The food is far from good anyways but to leave hungry and pissed is a big problem. I got so mad I just left the mall while my wife shops at torrid. The line seemed pretty fast till it got to me then it was time to laugh and ignore and make me uncomfortable to the point I walked off.

Ripping off the customr

The manager claimed that the company policy was to short change the customer by not filling the containers. My family at e ar Panda at least once a week. After the refusal to fill the containers, we are no longer going to eat at Panda.

Price high compared to other location

The price was higher than the one in Murfreesboro that I had about three weeks ago. The one I went to is the Springfield, Tennessee location that has just opened up. I resent the fact that there is a price difference also the portion given for the to go box on the bowl Was way way, way less than the portion that I received the day that I ate in the restaurant in Murfreesboro. I also resent that.

The food was very tasty. I ordered white sticky rice instead of fried rice and although it was good, it was also dry in places so it was inconsistent throughout some. Some of it was good and sticky and other areas of it were just dried out. The people were friendly. The service was quick All in all for the bowl and an order of crab Rangoon‘s and an order of vegetable rolls over $14 is too high to spend for the amount of food those in the bowl.

A 5-Star experience from start to finish.

Since we entered the building, Tahamine (Manager) made us feel very welcome. She was very friendly, provided efficient service, served hot and delicious food and the place was very clean. The rest of the staff were also very friendly, quick and efficient even during busy dinner time. Very pleasant experience in total with the manager. We would definitely re-visit this place and we highly recommend it to family and friends.

Burnt

Well, on an average me and my daughter go there once or twice a month to have lunch and it’s always been good except for yesterday. This is the most horrible food I’ve ever tasted and it’s the only reason why is because everything was basically burnt. I can’t remember what I ordered, but she ordered a three selections and so did I But that was horrible. I mean it’s not even edible and there is three people working there, but it was yesterday probably around 11 that we were there so that way you can check the employees that we’re working and I’m in Medford Oregon. I didn’t go up and say anything to them because they all look angry lol sorry. But they did anyways it would be nice to be compensated for this and I don’t mean get money back but get two more meals that’s great because I’m sure it’s not gonna be burnt the next time.

4765 Weitzel St, Timnath County. We arrived at 9:30 and they only had 3 types of stews, and one of them was dry. The food didn't look good at all. I really don't recommend it. The service was also bad; they were annoyed because they had to make more food even though the closing time is 10:30. The business closing time was very poor. In my experience...

Rude Worker

I am currently at Panda Express at St. John’s Town Center, Jacksonville, FL. (November 8, 2025 at approximately 1:35 p.m. I went through the drive thru and encountered a worker by the name of Yanni. Yanni was extremely rude and lack customer service. I gave her my credit card and told her to wait a moment because I will have to unlock it. She said ‘thank you’ and closed the window. Immediately a declined notification came on my phone. She reopen the window with a serious expression on her face, clearly annoyed and stated that the card is declined. I replied “I know, I told you to give me a moment because it is locked.“ She puts on a fake smile and said “okay”. She closed the window again. I unlocked the card and was just sitting there because the window is locked therefore I couldn’t notify her to try the card again. Finally, she unlocked the window and try the card again, it was approved. When the food is ready, she open the window and shove the food bag in my hand and said have a great day with an attitude. I will throw the food away. I respond “Keep it”. I don’t need fake and rude courtesy and I will never support this Panda Express again. It does not take 1 minute to unlock a card. Please train your worker better. Learn to radiate kindness and patience, Yanni.

Do not go apply for a job at this place the lady that owns the store will not hire people over 40 to work in front of the store this is discrimination I will never eat her again and I intend to file a complaint with a better Business bureau and the Labor commission

I rarely get the opportunity to eat…

I rarely get the opportunity to eat out, so imagine how excited I was when I pulled up to Panda Express. I ordered my favorite, 2 walnut shrimp entrees and a side, LISTED ON MENU for $10.50.
The girl taking my order asked if I was aware of the $1.50 up-charge for 'P'remium items. I asked where it stated this in the menu. She stated it was, however, there is ZERO mention of ANY extra charge. I asked her why she was trying to extort extra money from me for the item listed at $10.50. She said it was 'policy'. I asked her where this 'policy' was stated on the menu... it isn't. What the hell?? I told her I would pay the extra if the policy was listed on the menu. She started trying to explain the up-charge again.
I told her, keep your food, I'll take my business to another Chinese restaurant that doesn't try to charge more than their menu prices.

I would do zero stars if I could

I would do zero stars if I could. Panda Express in Redmond WA. Don't order delivery. First off they want a tip before you even receive your food. Secondly if the tip is not enough they won't even deliver. Just say you put no tip and had cash, they miss out on Money they attitudes towards delivery seemingly are desperate for and hender them from getting, also risking bad reviews which obviously Panda Express loves or they would do better. Next .. I also guess Panda Express would rather lose customers lmao, than to tell their friends and family who deliver to respect their business. Another lmao cause I won't EVER have another problem with Panda Express because I'm done with them period, whether delivery pick up or dine in! I hope they realize in WA State, there are dozens of restaurants that serve what they CALL Chinese food.... Again lmmfao

Unorganized, prioritized drive thru customers

I placed an order through the app and it wasn't ready when I arrived. It was for one meal, so there's no excuse. How is it that all these other people that order through the drive thru can get get their meals right away, and I couldn't with the mobile order?

Great job

For my lunch break I went through the drive thru being I know it wasn’t going to take long. When I arrived back to the office I noticed my order was wrong. So I got my receipt and called the store and spoke to the MOD Oliver. Little did I know how wonderful of experience he would make a small mistake that was made. Because of him I will tell everyone how he took care of me, and continue to go to that one store #3687! I will driver 10-20 miles if I have to just to go back to that store!! He was amazing and I just want upper management to know and provide him the compensation he deserves and put it out there that customer service is very hard to find, so if you have someone with great skills such as, take care of them! Thank you again Oliver you really made my day.

Once again the Piece of SHIT store…

Once again the Piece of SHIT store failed . I will never go back, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They opened for maybe an hour, I ordered, they didnt have it 10 minute wait, I ordered something else, they DIDNT have it, 7 minute wait. She told me, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT, WE JUST OPENED AN HOUR AGO. LMAO... Never again. The last time I got food from the Centenial las vegas store it was Terrible. Sloppy and tasted like crap, I tossed it in the trash. Stay away from this place.
