A great team. They always provide good service, understand the products and are helpful.

The problem with buying an ebike or related parts is that in most cases the supplier is not knowledgeable or very helpful. Oliver at Panda ebikes is fantastically helpful and knows everything you would need to know regarding ebike equipment. Prices are low and i wouldn't go any where else.

This was not the first e-bike complete set I bought, as I had already bought one in France for another bike project. Panda team was helpful to choose as well as reliable when it came to settle the delivery problems due to the parcel company here in France.
A good experience for me, as everything seems working allright from now.

Risky business deciding on which electric bike to buy, many sellers just open the box from China, read the catalogue, sell you a bike, and move on.
One of the better ones is Ollie at Panda bikes, I asked him a question late one evening, and got a reply at 10pm, beat that!

Ordered a part from this source based on their claim that it was 'compatible' with the exact model of my cycle.
The part arrived quickly & was reasonably priced but when I attempted to fit it, found the cable to be much too short.
I contacted this company by email & their far from helpful response was that;
'We do quote the length of the cable in the advert & suggest that you extend it to fit, if this is not acceptable then return it for a full refund'
Now I am not claiming that this was not a 'fair' response but it was not helpful & did not address the issue of their claim that this part would be compatible with my cycle.
There was no apology for this error & indeed a check back with their website 2 weeks later found that this part was still being advertised as 'compatible'.
As a retired technician with skills in the electronics field, I was able to extend the cable, fit the unit & it worked fine but I could have purchased cheaper elsewhere if I had initially been willing to go to this extra effort.

Item delivered quickly, but didn't work, so by arrangement sent it back with tracking, never received a penny refund, no replies to emails, so I will never use panda bikes again..
