Worst experience buying from livestream ever. Doesn’t allow me to trade clothes with their samples like other livestream studios. Try to charge me shipping fee when i wanted to cancel the preorder item (not unboxed) even though the total amount of all combined orders is eligible for free shipping. Their products have higher price but bad customer service. We support them but they don’t listen/ care about customers. We should have receive joy and happiness instead of sad and disappointment. It’s a no return for me.
