Horrible customer service and dishonest business practices.
The order was never delivered and it was returned to Panasorb by DPD, apparently because it was damaged in transit.
Panasorb did not ship me a replacement and did not respond to my emails.
They eventually issued a partial refund after I threatened to file a dispute.
I will obviously file a dispute for the entire amount with Paypal and Amex.
My experience with Panasorb reflects others' negative experiences - HORRIBLE.
Response to the their response:
100% UNTRUE. There was NO delivery attempt as the tracking info clearly shows. The package was returned to Panasorb because it was damaged during shipping.
