Horrible customer service and dishonest…

Horrible customer service and dishonest business practices.

The order was never delivered and it was returned to Panasorb by DPD, apparently because it was damaged in transit.

Panasorb did not ship me a replacement and did not respond to my emails.

They eventually issued a partial refund after I threatened to file a dispute.

I will obviously file a dispute for the entire amount with Paypal and Amex.

My experience with Panasorb reflects others' negative experiences - HORRIBLE.

100% UNTRUE. There was NO delivery attempt as the tracking info clearly shows. The package was returned to Panasorb because it was damaged during shipping.

You were not available at the address you gave several times. Therefore, the shipment came back and was then also completely refunded

Order never received

Order never received! I sent them 10 emails in the last month and I only got 2 replies saying nothing... I lost 50€... Very dishonest !!

Bad bad costumer service!!!

I send them 2 messages asking them something about their products and they ignore me completely!!!Maybe these guys dont want to sell their products!!!
You can understand from this what kind of company they are!!!

Does not respect its customers

This company is a terrible partner to rely on. They seem very professional on the surface, but as you work with them more you come to see that their innner company culture is one that disregards the customer (with no respect even for long standing customers) and one that accepts no responsibility for their faults.

There are companies that focus on delighting their customers. Panasorb (or ‘Flexolan’ on their invoices) is not one of them. When the inevitable bump in the road appears, you should expect them to be unsupportive, and even going as far as to be dishonest. I will explain what I mean.

In my dealings with them, when issues appeared that were completely within their accountability, they demonstrated their true values: first by attempting to ignore and delay the issue (for weeks to months) to discourage further action; then by gaslighting the customer to make them feel that they are the one that is deceptive; then by making no effort to find a solution that would benefit the customer, and finally by extinguishing any good will with their attitude during communication.

If you work with them, expect to receive zero problem solving from them. Expect to be accused of deceiving when you provide incontrovertible and verifiable proof. Expect to have a partner that disappears from the contract when it’s to their advantage. Expect to feel that the company does not care about you as a customer after the point when money is exchanged.

At the time of writing this, there are no other reviews for the company on this website. I will give them a rating of 1 in order to sound the alarm, so that other potential customers can be warned before choosing them. If, after my review, there will be a flood of 5-star ratings to drown out my review, you can draw your own conclusions about the inner values of this company and their honesty.
