A company that doesn't even deserve a 0

Air-to-Water Heat Pump (Aerothermal System) - Technical issues under warranty, after 2 months of operation. For 4 months, I have been sending messages to the installer, Panasonic Spain, and Panasonic Netherlands, complaining that it is not working, and no one has come to repair it. Case opened, but NO RESPONSE. NO PHONE CALL. NOTHING. Do not install anything with this company, even if the price is better. In my block, which is new, there are three other neighbours in this same situation...
