Complete waste of money.

Complete waste of money.
The internet connection did not work properly. I could not use it as intended, for work. I wasted something around 35 dollars.
Out of pure boredom I did use the connection, not as intended, but purely to read the news. The connection worked super slow and unstable.
I contacted customer service and they told me that since I used it anyway they would not give me a refund.
0% reliability. New world record.
Worst customer service.
0% empathy with customer.
