Their cleaning is 5* no question

Their cleaning is 5* no question. The reason for the low score is that they have absolutely NO customer loyalty. We've used them a number of times because my wife has health issues and she likes the house spic and span so calls them in as necessary. We always pay more than they ask in respect of the quality of their work. However we gave three weeks notice of our next appointment and after 2 weeks she finally responded with sorry can't do that, no ifs, no buts, no alternative. So if you want reliability these are not your people.
