Very disappointed with both the product…

Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I paid around $50 for the PalPup Shower Helper, and after receiving it, I do not feel the product is worth anywhere near that price. I have since found what appears to be the same product being sold elsewhere online for considerably less.
Even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. I first contacted PalPup through their website contact form. I then contacted them two additional times using the method they specifically require for returns. I have received no response to any of my three attempts to contact them.
At this point, because the company has not responded to my attempts to return the product, I have had to dispute the charge with my credit-card company.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again. If you're considering this product, I strongly recommend comparing prices elsewhere first.
