Scam companies stay away I ordered a chain a they kept saying its coming but couldn't tell me where it was even though they say its secure delivery. They then said it was delivered Bull ish an alot of us got them from Instagram they take from innocent people who work hard for there money. If its seems to good to be true it normally is..... stay away an spread the word

I had ordered from Palm Jewellers as they had an offer for a free diamond Cuban Prong Chain. All i had to do was pay for delivery. It has been nearly more than a month and a half since i had ordered the product and i have still not received the product. about two weeks before the expected delivery date i has emailed then as to when i should be receiving the package and they had explained that it should have arrived in the next two weeks. This did not happen, i have not received my money back either.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I ordered back in Feb 2021, it it’s now Nov 2021 and still haven’t received it! Not only this but I keep messaging the Page and they keep ignoring me! £30 scam! They keep changing their name on Instagram now. It is now valhera.niah now whenever you click on their link this is what it says - This website may be

I was asked to be a brand ambassador for them i was giving a discount code and told to choose three items. the items i choose totaled out to 100 and some change the discount code provided made my total 0$ i only paid for shipping and handling. i received my items in three weeks . very nice looking costume jewelry but i agree my stuff turned in color to a rusted color.

I didn’t even need to look online to know this company is a scam, the classics “just pay postage” ambassador scheme and I was right.

I was definitely scammed. After been contacted few times from one of the Palmpe team, I made an order on March 17th. Never received the jewelleries I've ordered. I tried to contact the person who contacted me and she never got back to me. I contacted their account on IG but still nothing. I sent few emails to the customer service and in the beginning they replied to me apologising if I have received the items damaged (so they don't even read the email correctly) and telling me that they will send me a new one. I kept writing them emails but they stopped answering to me.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

I was scammed. They lied to me, deleted accounts, and did not do anything that they offered. They sent me rusted jewelry and said that i had to pay for the shipping only once and they would send me jewelry monthly and then pay me for advertising it. They never paid me, they are hiding from me by changing accounts and not responding. I think one of the items were wrong also if not only damaged. The others have broken and are rusted also. They are disgusting.

I wish I could rate this awful company with 0. They told me that they want me for their ambassador program but it's been 4 months since then and I haven't received anything. Report them.

awful and a scam, gals i do a lot of collabs and i’ve never experienced such an awful collab - it’s been one month, i still haven’t received items and haven’t been paid my money, i was promised $300!! i live in the uk so about £215, don’t pay anything the products look rubbish anyway

This business is a scam. They gave me a code for free products which didn't end up working. I messaged them and they told me they would refund the money, which of course never happened. Also the products never arrived. I was told I would get free products, but instead I paid 120 euros for no products. Instagram should ban them.

I made an order back then when they were a growing “company”. It has been two years since then. I kept sending them messages , they said that they would have to process it a little bit more. I sent them a message a few months later requesting a refund and they blocked me !!!I can see from the reviews here that they have stolen at least 3k dollars! NEVER BUY FROM THEM ! Instead report them to the authorities guys!!

SCAM. This "company" should not be able to operate. They offer an "Ambassadors Scheme" but take your money and never deliver products. Each time I would message to ask about a refund they told me to wait for the items to be delivered. It has been 4 months now, they are no longer replying. The only way you can communicate is through Instagram and Facebook.

SCAM! I was told to make 3 separate orders to be proceed. I’ve spent £60 on shipping I’ll never get back. Anytime I mention returning my money or paying for work on my part I get asked to make more orders and pay for them!

ITS A SCAM. They scammed me and made me makes 5 orders. It started by them saying they were looking for a brand ambassador and then let some use a code. Its SCAM they just want your money.

It’s a scam! They contacted me and asked me to be their ambassador and gave me a discount code. In spite of using the code, they charged me extra when they said I’d have to pay the shipping price only. They owe me $81.00 USD and have stopped responding to my messages. Don’t fall for it. Although I received my jewelry in a month, still haven’t received my money, don’t trust them

The person that contact me about Palmpé was very willing to offer any kind of information. We spent 3-4 days talking about any questions I had. Never pressure me for anything. This will be my first experience probably will post another review when I receive the jewelry.

Not too sure why lots of people are saying it's a 'scam' because I only paid for shipping which wasn't very much and received my 3 necklaces. Admittedly the one silver one I got thr quality doesn't seem great, however the gold ones are absolutely fine! Also got a gift card with a code that goes through. All good from my experience!

I was contacted on Instagram to be an ambassador and I had to pay for the shipping. I was a little worried after I read so many negative reviews. I got my order today and I had no problems.

I have recently on Instagram been approached by Palmpe offering me their ‘brand ambassador programme’ which turned out to be a lie. The lady that messaged me her Instagram was ‘palm.zarah’ watch out for that. She briefly described how much I can earn and said if I made 2 orders she guaranteed me specific amount of money being paid etc. However, after I have made purchase she didn’t give me any confirmation or details regarding all of it. I have asked her multiple questions and she guaranteed 100%. Later that day I have read some opinions and some of my friends messaged me that they were scammed. I messaged them saying I’d like to get a refund and cancel my purchase with them. They have said that they cannot do that and won’t refund me however that’s not what it says on their website. It’s their policy to process a refund for customers that wish to withdraw. After I’ve said that to her she literally laughed at me etc and blocked me after.

I hope that anyone that gets approached by them please please please DO NOT REPLY.

I have also taken screenshot of our conversation for proof etc.

For anyone that has been scammed you can contact your bank and they can get your money back.
