I paid for a hoodie from Kymas in early December and have not received it. Tried to email them multiple times to see if it would arrive before Christmas as there website promised yet no replies received.

AVOID this company like the plague - it's a scam. They are fraudsters. I ordered a £50 sweatshirt in October and paid a £25 delivery fee!!. After 3 months and lots of chasing there are no goods, no responses and and no refund. Do not purchase from them.

Found out this is the company that owns KYMAS. IT IS A SCAM. I ordered December 16, and it said they would ship the orders before December 21 on their website to get the order before Christmas. But I haven’t received anything and they have charged me 115$ for the Coat. I just want my money back now!

Not a real company!
I bought a tshirt in black. Two months later a white tshirt in the wrong size arrived. When I complained to them they said they would get a manager. However this company is run by some people in a basement and do not have a manager. No refund no apology or anything.
This is a complete scam and isn’t a real company.

I ordered this November 21 and it is December 22 not even shipped yet. I do not believe this is a legit company and I have no idea when I will get my order. I only have it a 1 because their where no other options.

Kymas is a scam website. I received the Eur 70 Hoodie, that I purchased for my daughter for Christmas in the post. However, it is of very poor quality. The print is ironed on (barely) and the writing peeling off.
I tried to send it back to Kymas, but there was no return form included with the order (which the website says you require). I tried to contact the company several times, but they do not answer any form of communication.
Avoid Kymas. It's a scam.

I made a purchase on nov 29th, payed, received the purchase confirmation but until today I haven't received any information regarding the shipment. I've tried to contact the company thru the emails I found in the website but didn't receive any answer...

December 27th update: today I received my order. Almost a month after the purchase. Everything was ok! I just think that the site should’ve more clear regarding the delivery times…

Ordered x2 hoodies for daughter on 19th November 2024.

Received a shipment notification on 3rd December.

Nothing received, and no email response from KYMAS.

Charge back now in place with credit card company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!

Absolute jokers! Do NOT use this company….Customer service ‘Sarah’ is laughable and clearly have no intention of fulfilling our order! €142 down the drain….please don’t make the same mistake as I did 😔🤬

If I could put no stars i would. I ordered a hoodie for my daughter on October 4th 2024 - order 35730. I received a shipment notification on October 9th. And since then.... the shipment status hasn't changed we are now mid-November. I contacted support several times and got a response from "Sarah" that it was on its way but nothing, the shipment tracking hasn't changed.
I want a refund or I sm going to dispute the charge on my credit card.
If you haven't ordered yet please take note of all the negatives experiences in these reviews.

Stay clear of purchasing from Kymas!
Over a month and a half later and no hoodie.
Same issue as others have reported. Frequent emails from Sara reassuring me Kymas is well within their timelines to fulfill my order after requesting a refund.

My only saving grace is the support I received from my cc company. Otherwise, I’d be out the money.

Please don’t make the same mistake we all did purchasing from Kymas. I would give them a negative number on their brand reputation.

Very poor customer service

Ordered over a month ago and still not delivered. Customer services no help whatsoever.

Payment taken promptly but over 3 weeks later no hoodie has arrived. Any emails are replied to by “Sarah” but I don’t think she is a person as the email is always the same - reassurance given that the hoodie will arrive but no explanation as to why it can’t be tracked. Very unhappy. Do not use this company!!

One Month ago I placed my order, I got a message indicating that the shipping label was created with UPS. But the package is not yet shipped. I sent you 2 emails and I haven´t received any reply. What type of customer service is this?

KYMAS is the worst company I have unfortunately encountered. I placed an order in good faith many weeks ago and I’m yet to receive my order. I’ve contacted KYMAS several times and generally receive no response. The only response I ever receive is when I place a review and then I’m advised the order should be with me in a few days but of course it never comes. I’ve repeatedly asked for a refund and this is not honoured despite the order not being fulfilled. I would advise others to avoid KYMAS at all costs.

the worst hoodie i have ever seen. the material is horrible and the quality is just terrible. please save you money and also the delivery was like 2 months
