Easy to get a person on the phone who provided all the help needed. First time having any kind of issue with a PSA product. 99.9% positive so far.

I thought my order wasn't delivered as claimed, so I contacted customer service. Jessica was very pleasant and patient with me by sending a photo of the package sitting in my chair under the carport. As soon as I saw it I realized I screwed up and placed the package inside as I needed to leave. While out I received an email stating my order was delivered. When I returned home I saw no package and called customer service to express my concern. As I was expecting delivery of different items I thought the package was from someone else. I apologized and explained my mistake. She was understanding and polite. She asked if there was any other areas I could use assistance. I thanked her and she thanked me for choosing PSA. This was easily the best customer service I experienced. I will definitely return to PSA when the need arrives.

I placed an order 10 days ago. As of today The status on your site showed my order as processing and not yet shipped. I called and was told that it had shipped and was at your store in Myrtle Beach ready for pickup. Why have a status page in your site if it’s not kept up to date?

Overall good service fairly timely delivery products have come like they should. I did order a pistol. I was a little disappointed in and it broke and I’ve sent it back and I’ve emailed several times to see if it’s come in and try to get it fixed or replaced and sit back quickly, and I have had no response Which is aggravating but other than that I bought a lot of things and so far I’ve been satisfied
