I have just recieved my dress today I love the quality of it and it fits so perfectly and I will definitely purchase more things from here and the customer service was fast and great

Extremely Frustrating Experience – Unprofessional Service!!!
I have been dealing with Palma Paris regarding a skirt that arrived in the wrong size since November 2025. Despite repeated requests for a prepaid return label so I can send back the skirt and receive the correct size, they continuously ask for my “understanding and patience” while supposedly escalating to a manager.

Every time I request a return label, they respond with the same generic message, or ask if I can ship the skirt back to Belgium at my own cost. This loop has been ongoing for months.

Their team demonstrates poor conflict resolution, lack of professionalism, and inability to negotiate fair terms for customers. I would not recommend purchasing from Palma Paris due to their extremely inefficient and frustrating customer service.

Would give less than 1 star if it Was possible, made an order 3 months ago, stands on the website that the shipping will take 7-9 days but mine NEVER arrived. I have contacted them several times but they give the same respond everytime, that they will «check with the warehouse and update you quick» and then never turn back to you. I have messaged them so many times that they dont respond anymore. DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMING US

I live in the UK and I needed a dress as soon as possible for an event in 7 days. The team and customer service were so amazing! They ensured my dress arrived in time for my event and it is very beautiful and great quality! Definitely recommend PALMA Paris and I will buying many more dresses from here!

Customer service is useless. I tried to return my order, but they make it nearly impossible. They just send you an address, no return label, no QR code nothing helpful. I’ve sent multiple messages, but they don’t actually assist you. Judging by other reviews, I’m not the only one. Very unprofessional and disappointing one of the worst companies ever.

I ordered a dress, but the dress didn't fit. I had already paid via PayPal, of course. I requested a return and had to pay for the return shipping myself. I sent the return to the address I was given via email, but for whatever reason it couldn't be delivered. My return has been stuck with the courier for days now because Palma Paris's customer service hasn't been able to set a new delivery date, even though I've sent the tracking number and link to customer service several times. Of course, I haven't received a refund yet. There are scammers behind this shop. Definitely don't buy from here. You won't get your money back, nor the goods you returned, regardless of whether you paid with PayPal or not. I've hired a lawyer!

I returned a pair of shoes because they were too big for me. Originally I just wanted to exchange them, but I didn't get an answer.
I returned the shoes, which arrived on 6.6.25 at the company and i have still not received a refund after a long email correspondence.
It always says “i will talk to warehouse/manager” and there is no solution. I will never order here again.

Package came 3 weeks later than expected. Product not the same as the picture at ALL. Return policy is not clear. I have to pay lots of money to return the shoes that look nothing like the pictures. How is that my problem? The girl communicating with me through instagram was very sweet but please do something about the pictures!!!! You’re selling stuff that look nothing like them that’s basically scamming. The emails they are sending contain SO many spelling mistakes it’s very unprofessional. The whole email just doesn’t make sense

I ordered some Hermes car accessories from this company over 6 weeks ago and still haven't received them. Contacted the company on multiple occasions for an update and they continued to read my messages and not respond. When they did respond, it was to indicate that they would contact the warehouse and find out whats going on. Since then, I haven’t gotten any word on my order. This is unacceptable. Order at your own RISK!

I ordered 2 dresses from this website and 1 of the dresses was fine but the other one was definitely not worth the price the material is thin with thread coming out. I even tried to do my research and looked on their TikTok and it all seemed legit but I’ve been going back and forth with them over email for the last 2 months trying to get a refund but they literally keep saying they will speak the warehouse or manager, nothing else just repeating the same response and not acknowledging anything else. If you’re wanting to order from them please save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

This company is a scam, I made an order last January 24 and received it February 17.
The dress was soiled and without a tag.
I have reached out to them asking for a replacement or refund and they have not responded.
Their return policy is 14 days, I am sure they are waiting for the time to run so they can say a return is no longer available.

Order a pair of shoes but needed a bigger size - they gave a return address to Belgium - UPS they said it would cost over $350. They have an automated response that states they will check with "Supervisor" and get back to me. I have tried 3 times and still same response.
Shoes seemed good but just be warned - NO RETURNS!! I will have to donate my $175 pair of shoes.
