Would give a 0 if I could

Ordered a hoodie and payed extra for express shipping. Hoodie was supposed to arrive in 3 days. For a month nothing came (I was following up with customer service and they just kept saying “we are looking into it”), a month later they realized they don’t have the hoodie in stock…. 🤦🏻‍♀️ and it’s been AN EXTRA 2 months of me waiting for my refund. so 3 months of this whole mess…Honestly worst experience of my life of buying something online

I bought a jacket in a store in Munich on holiday, after 1 week, one button disappeared... asked on palm angels for a repair service or a replacement button, apparently, nobody can help me, never had such a bad customer experience except with burberry..

Never buy from Palm Angels. Terrible experience.

A hoodie was ordered for my birthday from their official website. It took them three weeks after the order to realize they were out of stock, despite our many follow-ups.

In the end, they said they would refund us, but it has now been a week and we still haven’t received anything.

Expected worse to be honest

Hello there guys,

I placed the order before reading any of the reviews to be completely honest as I know the brand. I got myself a pair of a tracksuit that came to me in a suprisingly great state (especially if take under consideration the reviews I am reading here) and nothing was missing from within; the parcel was secured really nicely and everything went smoothly

Now it came to my attention that the package was delivered to me via Farfetch which seemed a bit strange to me since I ordered it directly threw Palmangels.com

Maybe this explains that the garments were all included and the parcel was intact in contrast to other peoples opinions

I would have give them a 4-star rating if they would answer my request for a price match since the tracksuit got a further 20% discount ( aka 80 euros) off and they haven't aknowleged that

Also this star is deducted as a support to other peoples experiences as I know for a fact that it's not right when someone works hard to purchase something they like and the seller / retailer won't reply to any other request exept when they wants to sell

Their predictions in terms of sizing were correct though.. What can I say.. All I know is that I agree with others words; when you get to spend 635 Euros on a tracksuit you expect more and it's the right think to get it

I am not so sure that I would recommend them to a friend of mine and this is something Farfetch has done to me in the past, which is to deny me a price match for a much higher price, maybe it's a common policy

Terrible Experience - Avoid!

I ordered from Palm Angels and received a damaged box with a sweatshirt missing—an item worth over $400. Despite immediately reporting the issue, their customer service ignored my emails. I had to go out of my way to find their phone number, only to encounter equally unhelpful support.

They claimed they would investigate the issue but lied. No investigation ever happened, and they continued to insist that everything was included in the package, even though the package weight clearly indicated otherwise.

To this day, they have refused to refund or replace the missing item. This is unacceptable for a brand of their caliber. I’ll never shop here again, and I caution others to think twice before ordering from them.

Scam. Do not order anything for them.

After investigation done by paypal, PayPal they found out adress provide by seller on return label was wrong.. scam scam scam

Extremely dishonest and unprofessional…

Extremely dishonest and unprofessional customer service . I received an empty box . My order was stolen . FedEx couldn’t refund me more than 100 $ as Palm angels unprofessional staff didn’t declare the value of package of 360$ . I asked them to compensate my loss as it was their mistake , if they have declared the full value of the shipment FedEx would compensate me . But Palm Angels never admitted it’s their mistake . Such a shame for so called luxurious brand .

Well I recently made a review about this company. I am not sure what took place, however when the box came from UPS/Fedex it was empty completely empty not even a piece of paper was in it. So because they could not figure out what happen they had the nerve to email me and say there is nothing they can do and a refund could not be given. I never asked for a refund, all i wanted was for my 14 y/o daughter to get her shirt that she purchased with her hard earned money. I do not recommend this company i feel that accountability to your customers is the key to being successful. They are not loyal to their consumers AT ALL! i AM NOT LETTING THIS GO EITHER, THEY NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR MY CHILD'S LOST! I AM A MOTHER THAT WILL DO WHAT I HAVE TO, TO PROTECT MY CHILDS INTEREST.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! ZERO STARS!

Zero Stars if I could! I purchased from this company 2 weeks before Christmas, they guaranteed my shipment arrival before Christmas but to be sure I still paid extra for shipping. It’s the middle of January, no package, no refund! I have spoke to 3 different reps for Palm Angel via email and they all have stated they will open a case and get back to me with an update. No update! All I asked for at this point is my money back.

Worst online shopping experience

Worst online shopping experience, received an empty box partially opened and having a hard paper inside for distraction, and when I emailed them they asked for some images, so I sent them, then kept waiting with no answer, and i emailed them twice afterwards with no single response, gonna dispute the transaction and never shopping there again.

MISSING item and terrible communication

terrible communication. shipment was delayed and when finally arrived one of the two items was not in the box. Palms Angels claimed they need to investigate but they never followed up. Had to have my credit card company dispute charge.

AVOID

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing! I didn’t expect such bad customer service from this ‘Luxury’ brand. My item came damaged, I have emailed them 4 times and they haven’t even bothered to reply. Don’t want to return the item, incase I don’t get my money back! Avoid this company, won’t be purchasing from them again.

Terrible company paid £900 for two…

Terrible company paid £900 for two hoodies which I have returned they agreed they have them but won’t issue a refund!! Messaged them over ten times with no response been 22 days since they got it back. Terrible customer service they just don’t care. No phone number no live chat just a crap email service which no one ever replies back to!!! Would avoid ever buying from them for the amount they charge they don’t care once you have bought from ghem!
