Scammed, how unfortunate, had to block my debit card or else..

They never send orders. They send a tracking link as if the product is on the way. Then they stall because there was a delay and do not send you the product. They did not respond to my request for a refund. Please do not believe them.

On October 10th, I visited their website after seeing an advertisement on social media for an office chair.
I placed an order for the chair, paying by card.
When I was provided with the tracking number, I was able to follow the shipment until November 15th, 2024, at which point the status read:
"Package arrived at facility of the local delivery company
Nov 15, 2024, 09:30 PM."

I immediately found it odd that the website claimed to be Canadian with American manufacturing, yet the product was being shipped from China.

In December, I became concerned that the order had not yet been delivered, so I contacted the company to express my frustration and inquire about the situation. A Mr. JOHN responded, saying he understood but advised me to wait.

A few weeks later, while researching the tracking number, I realized the package might be at a postal operational center. I called them, and they informed me that the package had not been sent as registered mail, so its location was unknown.

I tried contacting the company twice more asking for reimbursement but they stopped responding. After further investigation, I discovered that the company has already been reported as a scam (eg. here in trustpilot)
I've just filed a criminal report and other formal complaints.

Payed for a chair but nothing received

This a scam. you will not even receive a fake product, you will not receive anything.

same as everyone else. Ordered two chairs, received nothing.

A pathetic scam that takes your money and lies it was sent. Site shows its Canadian and made in America, but comes from China and actually received glue for lashes instead of the chair.

i cannot believe i fell for this scam. emotional purchase, low price for a good chair replica...and so goes my 100 bucks for express delivery. scam, scam and scam. this is illegal. got the tracking code, the chair was "delivered" today - guess what. thin air.

Scam ordered a chair received a tracking number and now it shows the item has been delivered however I never received… please keep away this is a scam

I ordered a chair 10 days ago. Since no update. They may be scammers.
How to get back my money?

Ordered a chair, did not get confirmation e-mail.

i ordered a chair from them , and no delivery until now waited 1 month untill now , and contacted with them they keep saying it will arrive

Scammers! Ordered a chair, Never arrived. They keep saying it will arrive. It has been over a month, nothing! After I asked for a refund, they don't respond anymore.
Don't buy anything from them anything!!!

at low prices, on the website, I immediately realized that they were scammers!

Scammers, order over 63 days now and never delivered.

Ordered an item waited 62 days and it never arrived. Contacted company and keep advising it will arrive and no refund or letting me cancel.
