Their response and understanding of my case was great. The only thing I have an issue is they didn't contact certain creditors. They would only contact certain creditors until others were paid off. There was a large gap between their initial contact and when they decided they really wanted their money.

3 years and credit score horrid thx 2 Palisades
I’ve been using the service for three years and my credit score went from 800 into the 500s. I don’t recommend working with this group. It’s better to just go to a debt consolidation expert that’s been around for longer and doesn’t run your credit into the ground.

I have been having unresolved questions…
I have been having unresolved questions unanswered for over a year. I have talked to so many different people who do nothing and do not return phone calls. They have well over $11,000 dollars in my account and have not paid off a cent of my credit card debts. Really not impressed or happy.
