Shocking service.
Honestly I thought the customer service was shocking. Allowed me to sign up then the day before the stock was due to arrive told me they wont dispatch to a residential home (Even though they allowed me to enter a residential address as I am self-employed. Then auto cancelled my account and ignored messages like I was scum. AVOID. Took my business elsewhere to a reputable wholesaler instead.

Ordered the donkey kong money box

I had an issue with a product.
I had an issue with a product I purchased and complained by email. A lady by the name of Helen responded very rapidly and politely. It was not possible to resolve the issue I raised, but Helen provided a suitable resolution quickly and without argument. Thank You!
The only reason for not rating 5 is because the original issue was unresolvable!

Unfortunately the jigsaw I received was missing a piece so I was unable to complete it. However after contacting the company they were so helpful and as they unfortunately didn’t have the jigsaw I had done I stock were kind enough to send me another of my choice.

Quick present order
I placed an order for a glass. I was pleasantly surprised at just how quick it arrived, especially as it was during the middle of lockdown.
The glass is nice and sturdy with a bit of weight to it. The whole process was fast. Will definitely look for gift ideas from paladone again. Thanks for a great service

After emailing about an enquiry about a product that I have now learnt is no longer made, Helen then offered us a treat for my 4 year old son. This arrived yesterday and she has made a little boy very happy. She deserves a 10/10 score!!

Book Worm Booklight
I had to contact Paladone re a broken booklight - I first spoke with Hannah who was extremely helpful & arranged for a replacement to be sent out to me. Unfortunately, the replacement didn't work upon receipt so I had to contact them again. Helen replied quickly & was also extremely helpful offering me a voucher or another replacement. I have chosen a replacement as my child loved the original - Helen confirmed this would be sent out without the need to return the broken one. Fantastic customer service. Thank you
