The customer service is just terrible! I placed an order 2 weeks ago (more than $200) and still haven’t received it. I got a tracking number which after one week still showed that the parcel wasn’t picked up. So I emailed many times and they promised to send out a replacement order which still hasn’t happen, after another week. Now I asked them to reimburse me as I need the items and if they are not willing to send them out, I want my money back to purchase somewhere else. Guess what, no response! But in one email they offered me 10% off my next order. Never again!

Paire socks are the most comfortable socks I have worn, but the best thing is that they do t get eaten by my shoes

I brought 6 pairs of socks from Paire and they are the best ones that I ever had. Very comfortable and I look for them everyday in my wardrobe. Highly recommended.

Bought the lipstick undies thinking they'd mostly be a handy option for travelling... they're honestly now my fave undies for everyday. Most comfy knickers I've worn in my entire life, they don't ride up. Because it's one size fits most, they're great when my weight fluctuates. Tempted to throw out all my undies and replace them with these.

Great trail walk socks .. not a single blister after 87km!

I've had my paire socks for around 2 years. They've been well and truly put through their paces with ALOT of trail runs, hiking, water crossings etc. and they are holding up brilliantly. Still a great fit, incredibly soft, moisture wicking. An absolute investment in your foot care! 100% recommend

It was because the product description was real. I have very sensitive feet and skin in general, so I decided to order just two sets of socks to see if this Company is Right on the Ball.
And they definitely are.

I was an early adopter I think, having had some paires for years. The new Paires I have bought don't feel like they are as good quality. I don't remember them having polyester in them before, maybe that's why? I'm wearing a pair of quarter socks right now that feel much thicker than my new quarter socks. Disappointing.

Got their tshirt after owning about 20 pairs of their socks myself, and had to start buying some for my family. They're that good, especially for hiking/bouldering/outdoors in general. Can't wait till they release their hoodies as I'm sure they'll be equally as amazing

I find these socks to be super comfy, My feet do not sweat in them, I am tossing out my other socks and now only wearing the paire socks

Purchased Paire socks I am delighted with them, Keep their shape well, are very warm and love the cute printing on them one has Feeling and the other has Good a great positive way to start he day. well done Paire. OH and especially as they are "Australian made"

I love these socks. They stay warm on your feet, feel soft and have a slight arch support. They do pill a bit at the beginning but calm down after the first wash.
They are not too thick so you can wear your normal shoes. Wonderful socks for winter.

Not made in Australia as advertised .The supreme ones are Made in China with Australian wool .

My entire life has been plagued by chillblains in my toes. It's excruciating to say the least. After putting on my first pair, I realised I wouldn't want to buy any other brand now that I've discovered these. Paire I really appreciate these socks since they make me feel like I'm wearing a cloud. The service was excellent.

I love these socks! They are very soft and just the right thickness. I feel like my feet are being pampered. After putting on my first pair I realised that I'm not going to want to buy any other brand now I've found Paire. I usually have problems with socks because I hate anything that presses on my toes or that I feel conscious of (except for softness!). Paire socks don't give me any problems. Also, I had a sizing issue and Paire's Customer Service has been excellent.

I have suffered from chillblains on my toes my entire life. It’s painful to say the least. The second I wore my new Paire socks I felt an immediate relief. I felt warm but not too hot, comfortable and just better. They’re slightly cushioned so it helps relieve the pain when I walk. I’m so glad I found them. It’s a well worth investment for a high quality product which has already improved my quality of life. I’ve just placed another order. Highly recommended
