We love the paintings! Quality and they were very quick to respond when we had a question and needed help.

I've been doing paint-by-numbers for a few years ago, but have been hesitant about ordering custom ones after a bad experience with another company. My brother surprised me with a custom piece for Christmas, and I've never experienced such great customer service before.
I had a concern from the start and Charlie and their team gave me some fantastic advice about it. After I was done I still had an issue with part of the skin that looked more like a sunburn than a slight blush. They looked into it, adjusted the painting so that I was happy with the preview, and are sending me a new one for free!

If you are looking for a custom PBN, then this is a great site especially after having to deal with all the scam sites out there.

Great product and great customer service. I had an issue with the paints I received with one of my paintings and they replaced them quickly for me. The paintings are great quality and I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

I recently received my new paint kits and I can't wait to get started painting!
It took awhile to get it through the mail, and I reached out to staff via email to inquire on tracking. Charlie was fantastic with a very prompt response and followed up providing an update. The parcel was simply in process with mail services. Thanks to Charlie, I will be set up and painting very soon.

I recently purchased a paint by numbers kit from Paint with Numbers and I was very impressed with them and particularly their responsiveness. The kit arrived in good time and excellent condition. However, as I began painting, I noticed that several of the paints had a "skin" on top and the paints were fairly thick. I sent an email and Charlie responded promptly with a promise to send a complete new set of paints. The new paints arrived quickly and were all in good condition. I will happily purchase from them again in future.

A wonderful comany to order from. Our customized paintings were delivered within a good time, in perfect order and with quality materials. Customer service is friendly and prompt answering my questions before ordering. I highly recommend.

Order placed on 11/16. PWN claims and tracking shows turned over to USPS on 12/4. No further tracking updates, now on 12/23. USPS is not that bad.

Will not order from PWN ever again.

Had a paint colour that arrived dry in its tub. Emailed my concern. Had an answer the next day. (I sent the email in the evening). These kits are awesome ❤️

The custom paint by numbers kits are very helpful for relaxation and my friends enjoy receiving pictures of their pets as gifts. The kits are mailed promptly and if there are any questions or minor issues, my email is answered promptly. The customer service is excellent.

I was a bit concerned that I wasn't able to access the app for tracking. I reached out via email and Charlie sent a link. My package arrived today and I love all of them!

The customer service is impressive. I needed more paint for 1 colour and they sent it to me ASAP. I love painting, can't believe how great they look with no artistic background. Will be ordering again.

Not a Canadian company, everything ships from China, so your orders will not arrive when they say it will

WORST SERVICE EVER!!
Emailed multiple time regarding shipment.. promised it would be in before Christmas.. never arrived. Then promised to arrive after Christmas.. never happened. When I checked the shipper info.. cancelled by Paint with Numbers?!? No reason, no refund, no communication. Can't get my money back!

IF LOOKING FOR A COOL GIFT.. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

I never received my order. At first they assured me they would reship the order to get it as quick as possible. I kept checking back inquiring if it shipped yet and asking for tracking info. They kept saying would check and get back to me shortly. Now they won’t reply at all. They scammed me. Luckily my bank will reimburse me through my credit card . Unfortunately this was a special Xmas gift which I now don’t have to give.

Five star product and experience!

I had ordered a kit from "paintwithnumbers.ca". I had noticed that a few of the paints had unfortunately dried up. I reached out to customer service (I spoke with Charlie) about the situation, and asked if they could ship me some new paints. Charlie ended up shipping me a brand new set (with all fresh paints) at no extra cost! The new painting set is even nicer than the first one that I had ordered through the company. I was extremely happy with my experience and am loving my paint kit. I will definitely order more kits!

After misunderstanding the buy2 get one free promo I only sent in 2 custom pictures not realizing I needed to send three pictures in to get the promo. After an email that was quickly answered by Charlie I sent in a third pic for my promo deal and even though the other 2 were already shipped it was a pleasant surprise that it was sent separately for me. The product is good quality. Would recommend paint with numbers
