Mohammed provided me and my friend great customer service with his enthusiasm. He greeted us with an extremely big smile and open gestures, seeming very friendly and easy to talk to, not only did he sell us the tickets but also managed to ask us how we are today which was very considerate of him! He really made my day and I am very excited to have my paint balling experience with you after having my lovely conversation with Mohamed.

Mohamed approached me today with such a bubbly and enthusiastic attitude, already from then I could tell I was going to buy the tickets just from his approach. He managed to convince me by advertising the venues and activity as a whole, making me extremely excited to book using the tickets I bought from Mohamed. Not only did he mention the tickets he was also being extremely friendly, asking about how my day was which overall was just an amazing customer service from Mohamed :D

Muhammad was so friendly and approachable when I say him. I’ve loved paintball x for years and I’ve been many many time in the past but can’t gone in a few years due to commitments but when I saw Muhammad and how he presented the tickets to me there was no way I could say no. I could see the love I once had for paintball in him and just had to buy to go back and experience it once again with friends & family. He was truly amazing and I honest love his enthusiasm and love for what he does.

I brought some tickets off Muhammad a few days ago in Sussex University! He was really friendly and we had a nice chat as well. He answered all of my questions without any trouble and made the process much easier to understand. I have seen him a few other times since then, and he has always remembered me which is always really nice as well. All in all it was I received great service from him and this is why I am leaving him a good review 5/5.

Very friendly & helpful

Met with Muhammad on my way back home. The guy looked at me and politely, but very friendly approached me. He introduced me to the whole paintball thing while being quite persuasive in his presentation. He got me sold. Looking forward to a good round of paintball. A solid 5 starts from me.
