Avoid this brand at all costs. Ordered new jeans as it said it will be delivered in 1-3 business days. However received email saying their warehouse is closed and I gotta wait for 2 more weeks. This is unacceptable. And they won’t even let me cancel

2 orders cancelled with no communication back to back -December 8th & December 12. I just found the money back in my account, when the item already took a couple weeks to “not show up.” Horrible inventory count and customer service as well. Really the worst customer experience ever.

Don't buy if you are in the UK. Ordered a pair of Rumi Flat Sandals £110. I usually take a size 5, but ordered a size 5.5. Tried them on, but they were still too narrow for my foot. Went onto the Paige site to return them only to find out they were not eligible for return. I now have a pair of £110 sandals that do not fit me! They are lovely sandals, but money down the drain. Returns might be easier if you are out of the UK. But I would not recommend you order if you are in the UK.

It have developed these ugly horizontal lines or waves patterns on 4 of 5 Paige pants. The last one in the first wash. It seems that it is happening with lot of costumers and they do not do anything or even guige instructions on how to wash. It seems people insist on it because it feels good wearing but its realy poor quality

I ordered Stella Jeans Walk of Fame size 32. First , shipping experience was awful.
Finally when I received it - huge disappointment. Fabric is like cheap Levi’s jeans man wear on construction sites. After first wash got extremely wrinkly and not at all soft. The cut is awful too, unfortunately I couldn’t return them because of Final Sale

Worst customer experience in a very long time. I’m a loyal and long time customer of the brand, but after this experience will no longer recommend to anyone and will be truthful about my experience and the lack of compassion and respect from the company.

I never received my package. I reached out to Paige immediately and was ignored for over a month - then I was sent back and forth between Paige and the courier company. I wasnt given a satisfactory resolution, or one at all to be fair; they still made me pay over $1000 CAD for jeans I never received. Disgusting!

I did NOT sign for any package and my camera showed no delivery. The signature they provided is not mine or anyone in my household! I cannot express how this has put a sour taste in my mouth and has genuinely affected my mental health in terms of anxiety and stress (and that rarely happens). Disappointed and disheartened by this all.

100% do not recommend this company anymore. Saddens me to say, but I waited over two months only to be told I have to pay for something I never received - especially in this financial climate. Yes, I bought the jeans, but that doesn’t warrant my treatment and lack of a resolution.

Enough said.

Their jeans are fabulous. They fit better than any other jeans out there. I have one pair that's 7 years old & folks always compliment me when I wear them. I recently bought a pair of green jeans. The fabric is different; very cool. I have purchased many items from Paige; mostly on-line & except for 1 top, everything else is excellent.

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid PAIGE

I’ve been a regular buyer and always ordered the same size, but my recent purchase from PAIGE was a huge letdown. The sizing was completely inconsistent — despite ordering my usual size, the item didn’t fit at all.

To make things worse, I already paid £8 for shipping, and then was charged another £28 just to return it. That’s £36 spent on nothing. I reached out to customer service to raise my concerns, but received no helpful response — just generic replies with no resolution.

This kind of service is unacceptable. It feels like customers are being penalized for their inconsistent sizing, and I’m left feeling ripped off. I won’t be ordering from PAIGE again, and I’d strongly advise others to avoid them too.

I love[d] the way they fit, but 5 pairs now even following their instructions on washing and drying, have developed these ugly horizontal lines or waves patterns.
The fabric feels like have lost elasticity and won’t come back.
I was hoping to be just one when few months ago I bought several pairs, but one after another they all look the same.
Not spending this kind of money for this quality anymore.

Paige sizing is VERY inconsistent; one pair of jeans will run up to 2-3 sizes different than other Paige jeans. Even though their sizing is inconsistent, if you try to return or exchange, they don’t allow it. So, even though it’s not your fault that their sizing isn’t reliable, you are out $280 for a pair of jeans that don’t fit. Totally unethical company and I WILL NEVER BUY FROM PAIGE AGAIN. Save yourself the hassle and money by avoiding this expensive clothing scam and buy from one of the many other designer jeans companies out there that have more ethical standards and consistent sizing.

Purchased a pair of white jeans. After a few washes they developed horizontal puckers in the fabric in numerous places. These are expensive pieces of junk. Don’t waste your money on them.

Paige make lovely looking very comfortable jeans, but the durability of their denim is terrible. After just a few months of light use they look very ragged, and not in a nice way. A cheap Primark pair of jeans ages better and has far better durability. At this price point I expect pretty exceptional quality and first class sustainability. Paige falls very far short, and is no more than expensive fast fashion. Hugely disappointed and very difficult to recommend.

Ordered my first pair of Paige jeans online.

I foolishly removed tags and discarded before checking the fit. Never put the jeans on other than to try them for the first time (and found that they were too large).

Contacted customer service and they refused exchange these unworn $200+ jeans for a smaller size because the tags are no longer attached.

This is definitely my first and last purchase from this brand.

Love this brand, and its founder Paige Adams-Geller. Bought their jeans through Nordstrom Canada; mid rise bottcut jeans which fit like a glove and their faux leather jacket in tan.

I ordered three plazzo pants that did not fit n returned by recorded delivery on 29 th July
To date no response from Paige until o sent the third email and they responded by saying whether I had sent it to the right address
I sent them the post office receipt to say I had
Still no reply
I fail to understand how such a big company can be so lax

Please purchase with caution in the UK. The jeans get sent to you from USA (this wasn’t obvious to me while using the site). Any sale items are non-returnable (I didn’t notice some items were sale, and certainly didn’t spot that they were non-returnable). My postage fee to return full price items was then £50!! Better to avoid the online shop altogether

I had a very positive experience instore in the London Kings Road store this weekend. The assistant manager was really helpful and considerate with an online purchase issue I had. Many thanks again for your help.

Got hired for about a month. Never paid me for my employment and blocked me without any reason whatsoever.

Orders on their UK website and item was shipped from the USA. Totally different fit to the one tried on in store. When I tried to return in store, they said I had to return via delivery. Postage cost £75?!?!?!!!! Emailed them to complain and ask for a reimbursement and absolutely no help whatsoever. Fuming.

Be warned it will cost you at least £35 to return one item which is nuts and they dont overly warn you about this. Aviod buying direct ans go to Selfridges or Harrods stockists if you have too.
