Don't use them, their server are not working.i was unable to activate any tools but adding credit was easy. Nothing is working, they are not even responding

On [purchase date], I purchased the FRP Unlock service for $18 USD.
This service should have been performed through your server, but I was later informed that the server is already shut down.

This is unacceptable because:

You were already aware that the server was offline;

The service was still listed for sale on your website;

No automatic refund was issued;

Your customer support, even knowing about this anomaly, did nothing to solve it.

I have already spent more than $12,000 USD on your services, and I find it unacceptable that a simple $18 case is being ignored.
I request that you remove the service from your page to prevent other customers from being affected and issue my refund immediately.

If I do not receive a response, I will have to take further action to protect my rights as a customer.

I look forward to your urgent reply and resolution.

100% helpful very fast and very good service

If there were less than zero stars I would have given them this server is just thieves. Beware everyone of these people. Dealing with them is a warning. Warning.

This is the worst of the worst website. I stopped using it after a week but it's over 2 years now that I'm still receiving emails. I have followed the unsubscribe on many occasions but seem to get more and more emails. I have now instructed my solicitor to find these people, get my email address removed and sue for compensation as they are in breech of GDPR rules. I've had enough

They constantly spam my mail with "URGENT: Low balance" messages and their Unsubscribe option doesn't work I've unchecked my address multiple times in over a year and it never actually unsuscribes you.

In the last year i spent with this guys over 2500$ and i was not dispointed. Great service and vert fast

Your order will be in processing status forever and you wont get an explanation.

When you get mad at them, they ask for your user ID, suspend your account and took all your balance away. I was surprised that they did it so obvious.
