Expensive, transactional service that misses basic SEO foundations.

I am writing this to warn other small business owners who are looking for a true digital marketing partner. I paid PagePros over $2,000 across a six-month retainer for their "RankPro" local SEO service.

Unfortunately, this agency operates on a bare-minimum, transactional level. After concluding our contract, I discovered that throughout our entire six-month engagement, they never connected my website to Google Search Console or Bing Webmaster Tools, nor did they ensure a sitemap was submitted.

When I confronted leadership about leaving my primary digital assets completely disconnected from these critical search engine diagnostic tools, they hid behind contract semantics. They claimed that because I hired them for "Local SEO," managing or even advising me on the baseline health and indexation of my actual website was "not in the scope."

A real SEO expert knows that a Google Business Profile relies heavily on the organic authority and backend health of the website attached to it. For an agency to take thousands of dollars over half a year, notice that a client's website is completely unverified with Google and Bing's core platforms, and choose to say absolutely nothing simply because "it wasn't in the package" is a severe failure of basic professional consultation.
If you want an agency that looks at your digital footprint holistically and acts as a transparent partner, look elsewhere.

PagePros will do the bare minimum required by their contract text, ignore the gaps that actually hold your business back, and refuse to take accountability when called out. Save your budget and find a team you can actually trust.
