Amazing product, makes product pages so much better.

As a "newbie" to e-commerce, entering into relationship with PagePilot.ai was an uplifting experience. I easily connected my first store on Ocrober 4, 2024. PagePilot.ai created my first product page so quickly and easily. When I went to upload the page to my Shopify store, I was told I had to upgrade to a new plan to do so. I reached out via PagePilot "Chat" (was late night), and Jess was there to explain to me what to do to upgrade my plan so I had access to the full ability of PagePilot. She was efficient, understanding and friendly as she advised me what to do and why. I really appreciate the customer support that PagePilot provides. I have lots to learn but feel they will be there to help me via "Chat" and their instructional videos. Thanks to Jess for sharing her knowledge in a professional, easy-to-way.

This app makes product testing so easy it can literally create product pages in seconds! Hopefully there'll be a bulk generate and import feature soon. For now I'm just opening multiple tabs to generate product pages so I don't need to wait for one page to finish generating. Thanks to Jess for this trick haha App works great overall and very helpful staff.

Bad product, they banned my account with wrong reason

Here to vouch for the positive comments about the support staff. I just joined pagepilot.ai. But I had a really nice interaction with a support staff member named Jess, who helped me straighten out a billing error that I inadvertently made when signing up. She was so helpful and got me all squared away with the correct billing option. She was very pleasant to chat with and I felt really taken care of. Already off to a great start with PagePilot!

pagepilot.ai is great the staff is really helpful and this program is really good to implement on your shopify store...

I've only been using PagePilot since 27 Aug and I really love it. Especially loves how it generates high quality text and images with just a few clicks.

Contacted customer support today and within minutes, Jess got me upgraded to the top plan in literally 3 minutes.

The product pages were very professional. Very Helpful with adding new theme to their platform. Very quick with response regarding question or minor issues.

Company spams us with this stuff. Never asked to be on their list. Should learn not to use company contact forms to spam us with stuff we never asked.

I had issues with a subscription where I made the subscription with a wrong email, but Jess helped me and solved my issue! Pagepilot saves me a lot of time creating products pages 🙌

Jess was completely fantastic, professional, kind & patient after I explained what I needed, & clarified tht I had already had successful sales, and had "manually" sourced products via my Shopify store. She provided a link to the Page Pilot help page to disconnect the old supplier, and offered additional assistance. Page Pilot is INCREDIBLY effective in helping to quickly & professionally design Product Pages, which are immediately ready, with FEW EDITS, to implement into your Ecommerce store, and begin selling your product via high conversions!!!
