Bought a lamp online 12/10/25 but when it came the stand was bent and the lampshade broken. Returned it for free but its been 14 days since they've received the item (20/10) and still no refund of over £78 despite chasing customer services (3/11)

The sales assistant really helped us - we had been shopping for lights all day and we had returned to Pagazzi for a second view of the lights that were on our shortlist. She didn’t just try to sell us the lights, she listened to what we wanted and explained how the lights could look with different bulbs, then took time to demonstrate the options to help us decide.
And most importantly the lights look great in ther new home.

I felt valued and the staff were amazing in helping me choose the lights for my new house. I bought 12 and returned them all and with guidance from the staff now the lights I have got are perfect. Honestly not once did they rush me they just told me to take my time as there is no rush. Braehead so much choice.

The 2 young members of the sales team who served my husband and myself on Sunday 19 Oct 2025 at the Aberdeen Beach store were excellent. They were so knowledgeable about the lamps they were selling, helpful, friendly and polite. They made it a very pleasant experience and nothing was too much for them - trying different levels of warmth of bulbs to help me make the correct decision etc. Was so impressed with the Isha floor lamp that we returned on Thurs 23 October and bought 3 of the matching table lamps and one of the original sales team was there in the shop and recognised us! Thank you it made such a pleasant change from other shops where you can't find sales staff and if you do they are disinterested. So well done Pagazzi & thank you again to the sales team!

My experience at Bicester Pagazzi was superb! I bought lights for my new home ages ago. When I went to fit them today I realised my ceiling height was too low for the pendant drop. I called the store thinking I would be told it was too late to get any exchange, to my surprise the manager said no problem he would happily help. Whilst in the store he searched online for alternatives and was up and down the ladder helping me decide. Excellent customer service from Oscar thank you

On the day, our experience in the shop was five star. The lady who served us was very helpful, knowledgeable and very very nice!! However, a few days later, my husband and I happened to see the exact same items we bought in Pagazzi in two different shop windows being advertised at half the price we paid for ours in Pagazzi and that was with a 10 or 20% sale on in Pagazzi!! This sort of thing makes me mad, I do not like the proverbial (****) being taken out of me and that is how the situation made me feel.

Unfortunately one of the light fitting we brought when fitted we noticed one of the globes was bending inwards.
Although your customer service department agreed to change it because the faulty one was still fixed on the wall until we get a replacement for my Electrician to replace.
I had to buy a new one & wait for a refund bearing in mind this is the second time this has happened & I’ve been praising your company and customer service department in the past.

Initially contacted the shop for request of a product. The person who answered was polite and incredibly helpful. Told me, unfortunately, the item I wanted was only available online.
Purchased online & was just over the cut off point for next day delivery - so assumed it might be a day later. However, it arrived the next day.
Incredibly fast & efficient service & the item is as described.
Very positive experience & would recommend.

Bought a lamp in the sale and was informed we could return it within 14 days, when we went to return it the next day as it didn't suit our room and decor, we we're told we could NOT get a refund only a credit note, this was not what we were told and if this was the case we would not have bought it as we live some distance from the Aberdeen store, really NOT a good experience at all, we will NOT bother making a trip there in the future.

I attended a warehouse sale where the sales assistant was friendly and helped me purchase two lamps and two bulbs, totaling £125. However, when I set them up the next day, I noticed the lampshades were slightly different shades, even though they have the same product code and should be identical.
When I called, I was told I’d have to wait until the next warehouse sale. I followed up by email and head office gave me the same response—again telling me to wait for another sale. This is completely unacceptable, as I was sold what should have been matching items.
I’m still waiting for a response to my latest email, and the lack of proper customer care has been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Excellent experience at Pagazzi Braehead.
Friendly helpful customer service from minute we walked in. Advisor was super helpful, guiding us and informing us about various lights. Nothing was to much trouble even tho we kept having to ask her to get us lights from through the back.
Shop was close to shutting time but we never felt rushed or harrassed in slightest.
