Wacthing the paella being freshly prepared in front of your guest provides a real focal point for your party, wedding or event. Normally the paella is served from a fix point Buffet Style. For a formal sit down meal we can provide watting staff for an excellent service. Antonio catered for our birthday party for 60 guests. The paella was outstanding, everyone commented on the large portions and the delicious food. Antonio just got on with the job - we hardly knew he was there. I can't recomment Antonio and his paella highly enough!
