I have been using this service periodically for 4 years and love their virtual design options and their customer service "can do" experience. I am always pleased with the end result and my sellers are always impressed! For my vacant listings, this service is a "must do." Buyers are typically not visionary and virtual staging gives them the ideas of where to put their own furnishings to see themselves living there.

I am a REALTOR® and I am glad I started using PadStyler for virtual staging of my listings. It's easy and quick and I don't have to wait for days from local photographers for edits. It's also very cost efficient. I am very selective on how I present my listings and I went back and forth on edits with this team but they were very respectful and attentive to my needs. Responsive professionals, impressive staging results to give prospective buyers visualization of how rooms could look with paint, hard wood floors, different bed toppings, and selected furniture pieces. All cluttered was removed.

The work is excellent. The turnaround is very fast. Revisions are also made promptly. One can communicate quickly with a real human via email. (By phone also.) The fees are competetive and reasonable.

Turn around time is good. I like that we had several rounds of revisions, but guidance is needed to achieve the look you want. As long as you're clear & communicative in the style you're aiming for, they can reflect that in their work.

The first time through the staging was very minimal and uninviting. The team were very responsive and kicked it up. I would recommend you select a style and not allow them to just do their thing
