Terrible, I wish that I had checked these reviews before ordening. Never recieved my order, and there is no customer service, its an AI response that assumes they did everything right and the issue is with you. NEVER BUY HERE

Still not received my refund! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!

Worst customer service ever. I've never ever seen something so bad. I ordered 2 skirts and 1 bag mid december... we are at the end of february, I still miss 1 skirt and 1 bag. They are telling me bullshit, either it's on its way, either they couln't find my order, either I don't even exist on the system (even with my e-mail address and the screenshot of the order from them).. If want want something, just go to another brand. This is a scam from a dubai PO Box, I'm even wondering if the items really exist or not.

Very poor customer service and customer care.
The team was extremely unresponsive and ignored my messages completely, I never received a reply.

On top of that, the padel racket started chipping after only four games, which is unacceptable for a product at this price point.

Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Not recommended.

I decided to take a chance on this brand despite it being relatively new and having very few reviews, choosing it over well-established brands because of the quality claims made on their website. Unfortunately, that was a mistake.

The racket developed structural holes after only 3–4 normal uses. There was no impact, no misuse, and it was always transported inside its cover. The damage is so severe that the inside of the racket is visible, which is completely unacceptable for a product at this price point.

What is even more disappointing is the customer service. Instead of properly inspecting the product or acknowledging a possible manufacturing defect, they immediately blamed the user and refused replacement. Their only proposal was a partial discount, which would require paying again for a product that has already proven to be unreliable.

For context: even a 6-year-old child hitting rackets against the court floor does not cause this type of damage on other brands’ rackets. This clearly raises concerns about material quality.

As a customer, I expected professionalism, accountability, and respect for consumer rights. Instead, I received deflection and refusal to take responsibility.

I would not recommend this brand to anyone looking for durability or trustworthy after-sales support. There are far safer choices among established brands.
