Even in Difficult Times
My first purchase was a pair of Nox sneakers. The shipping was fast and everything arrived perfectly, but unfortunately the product had a defect. Padel Kiwi supported me throughout the entire warranty process, and once the issue was confirmed, they sent me a new pair (by my choice, as I could have opted for a refund instead).
I am 100% satisfied with how they handled the situation. I will definitely buy from them again!

For orders shipped outside the European Union, taxes are not charged at the time of purchase on our website. These taxes are removed from the price during checkout and are instead collected by the courier (FedEx) when the parcel arrives in the destination country, in accordance with local import regulations.

Not a problem with the whole purchase…
Not a problem with the whole purchase side of it, inc. the delivery. The problem is the racquet comes with the handle wrapped in plastic. The plastic is stuck to the grip on the handle and no matter how careful you are, its pulling and ripping the grip. There is still a third of it still stuck to the grip as it will just rip the material straight off. To replace the grip will be expensive, ive e mailed the company with no reply. Regards.
