Well, what can I say. A SUPERB SERVICE and a BRILLIANT company!
I'm now the proud owner of my dream bike and from start to finish the process has been outstanding. The whole deal was conducted on the phone and with many messages via WhatsApp with a gentleman called James. He has been amazing, constantly updating me and giving advice when I needed it.
A service video and a 'tour' around the bike was sent by Alfie explaining what work was carried out and it was finally delivered by a chap called Gage who explained the 'gadgets' on the machine and made sure I was happy with everything before he left.
I felt totally confident in the whole procedure and I must say James takes most of the credit. He even contacted me to make sure I was happy after I had taken her out for the first time!
I would thoroughly recommend Paddock Motorcycles!

I have only but good to say about my experience with Paddock. Every single aspect that we would like to have to feel reassured about the purchase was there!
I bought a motorbike that never seen physically and felt trust the entire process of buying.

After reservation (made by phone in 3min), they have sent me a customized video of the bike describing every detail of it, doing close up along the bike so you could see the exact state of it.
When I was happy to proceed, it was sent the document via Eletronic-Sign confirming all the values and the reservation amount, to make things crystal clear on paper/contract.

Once they finished the full inspection for MOT, they have sent another video of the bike ticking all checks needed to ensure the moto is in the best condition possible.
Last but not least, they have managed to deliver before their estimation (which is great) and right on the time they have notified.

All of this small big gestures, makes a huge difference for the client and is amazing the service they offered, from customer service to technical/mechanical.

A special thanks to James - who dealt with all of it ensuring that I was happy with everything, following up when necessary and informing me about the progress was being made.

Without a doubt a solid shop full of competent staff!

I visited many motorcycle outlets where nobody was making an impression that they wanted to help, let alone even ask if you needed some! Saw a bike I wanted advertised at Paddock Motorcycles, Congleton - from the first enquiry to buying it they were a delight. I've even sold the bike back to them as I'm now about to become the owner of a rebuilt 1978 bike I always wanted - they dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. Thanks Dan, Joe, James and Gauge - I'll see you soon no doubt for a service on the old-new bike :-)

I was in touch with James from sales for a couple weeks whilst looking at purchasing my dream bike and they really go out their way to answer any question you may have as well as sending you extra photos and videos from what is on the website... unfortunately due to personal circumstances I had to withdraw from the deal however the team were understanding and did what they could to help me out, when the time is right this will be the first place I’ll be coming to purchase my new bike highly recommend!

Sold my r6 and James was amazing with contact, and always communicating from the start of the sale till the end of sale. Really friendly guy and would 100% buy or sell from in the future

Team were spot on. Bike is perfect. I work for a bank so I was a little wary about sending money for a long distance purchase without seeing the bike in person but James was perfect and kept me upto date throughout. Sent me a pre inspection video, a video after valet and service and another video of it being loaded onto van and a text on day of delivery with a time slot. Team were great and definitely recommended!

From the start to the finish of getting my new bike James made it work for me with good communication being honest and sorting the deal out so it would work for both of us. Sorted any questions I had and made the hole experience really easy. Cheers James and thanks for sorting the r1

Just want to say a massive thank you to joe and the rest of the team, I brought a bike from paddock motorcycles and joe was extremely helpful he sent me plenty of pictures of every part of the bike and also sent me a video walk around which was a nice touch, buying a bike from a great distance and paying such a large lump sum is always something to be wary of but joe eased my fears. He answered every question and was always a text or call away to help with everything but from the start to finish it all was excellent couldn't recommend them enough! even after delivery i received a phone call to make sure i was happy with the bike top class.

I have never bought a vehicle online before without seeing it, but I saw a BMW S1000RR on Paddocks that I fancied and went for it! Previously I have always turned up with a bag of money to ride a new bike away. Joe was extremely helpful, calming my fears about paying such a large sum unseen, and sending lots of videos beforehand. The bike turned up exactly when promised, and was in superb condition. The driver (sorry forgot your name, I was a bit distracted) who delivered it was great, did a full check and started the bike and went through the controls, not just chuck it off and disappear. On the whole I couldn’t recommend these fellas more, great customer service all round.

Bought a hypermotard called the shop about an issue had a call back from 1 of the lads trying his best to sort it out for me can’t ask for more thank you

I was very pleased with the communications from Joe at Paddock Motorcycles, with speedy and accurate responses to emails initially and over the phone as the sale progressed. Nothing was to much trouble, product knowledge was excellent and talking me through the sales process was made easy.

The service team provided an excellent walk around video and well narrated, we will look to have our motorcycles serviced and MoT s here moving forward.

I am sure Joe and Paddock Motorcycles will continue to receive excellent reviews.

That’s the best £50 I’ll spend this year !! Took the bike in and it’s come out gleaming , not just the paintwork. Levers, mounts, chain and rear sprocket, nuts,bolts, discs ,pegs, down pipes, the lot Any and all metalwork spotless and rustproofed . It’s a used 15 year old bike I bought from another dealer last summer and it now looks brand new . The rust proofing is just what I need with this weather. I also got a can of XCP rust blocker worth £15 . Absolutely delighted 😀

The whole process from start to finish was excellent Joe was very helpful when the bike was delivered it was also painless very good service and made easy which made the purchase enjoyable

Cannot recommend Paddock motorcycles more. I’ve being purchasing motorbikes for over 25 years and hands down had the best buying experience from these guys. Joe sent me three videos of the bike, one for a detailed close up view. One to check the exhaust noise against a decibel meter and another video whilst the belts where getting replaced on my Ducati. Wouldn’t hesitate buying through Paddock again. 5 stars
