I purchased an add-on from Digital Inspiration through Paddle.com. And since I couldn’t figure out how to cancel the subscription until after I was charged for the next month, I tried to contact a human agent to get a refund for that month.
It’s impossible to contact a human agent!! I’ve been waiting for several days and have received nothing but automated responses from AI agents.

They require biometrics. Stripe requires NON of that and are cheaper. Paddle don't respond to emails. If/when hacked, your biometrics can be used by anyone for anything.

I needed to cancel and refund a subscription. Paddle was very easy to use providing me a response via email with the links I needed to cancel my subscription and then the chat link to refund my subscription. Chat was so easy and convenient. Thank you!

I signed up for a Chat AI subscription and quickly found out that it was slow and not helpful. I requested a refund by going through their email process. I was not refunded and my subscription was not canceled. They only canceled my subscription after I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and even then they did not refund my money. I have a copy of their refund policy and I requested it in the correct timeframe and did not use the subscription for more than 4 queries.
