Their contact information states that they are in South Carolina. However, soon after my purchase was completed, I noticed that the information said Hong Kong and I got an alert from my bank. I then sent emails to cancel the order 7 different times with no success. Three weeks later I receive an email telling me my order had been shipped. It had no valid shipping information attached to it instead once I clicked on the shipping information I got a notification that my Computer had been hacked due to me clicking on the link for my shipping. This company is clearly fraudulent and I feel like this should be criminal.

Ordered the product two and a half weeks ago and have been calling customer service to which the number is bogus and immediately cuts off! I sent several emails asking about when the product is coming no response! Good thing I have a relative who works in the postal police! I'm going to direct all of my energies to putting this company out of business for good!

This website is a scam. Do not purchase from it. They purport to be located in South Carolina then show shipping info from China. They say package has shipped. Then when you inquire about the incomplete tracking they respond with a fake screenshot from an unknown China based shipper. They did this with me responding to my email with a fake tracking screenshot and the sentence “Logistics shows the goods have been delivered” No period and no response to follow up inquiries. Certainly a scam.

Complete scam! Ordered a Yeti gallon jug. Received a small water container nothing like ordered. Not a Yeti, wrong size, wrong color, JUNK. They said the warehouse made a mistake and would send a refund. That was 3 weeks ago NOTHING! No reponses.

Complete Scam. The item you purchase is not the item you will receive. Do not buy.

I purchased a YETI 1-gallon Chug for $86. Shipping took approximately 20 days, and when I requested tracking information, I discovered the package was shipping from China, which raised immediate concerns.

When the package arrived, it did not contain the YETI product I ordered. Instead, I received a cheap, unbranded tin mug that appears to be worth approximately $2. The item received is completely different from what was advertised and purchased.

The seller intentionally sent an incorrect, low-value item while providing tracking information solely to show “delivery.” This constitutes a fraudulent transaction, and the item received is not as described.

I contacted the seller over a week ago requesting a refund and have received no response. I am requesting a full refund and reversal of this charge.

The online store Pack Seek appears to be a scam, and I strongly caution others against purchasing from this seller.

It’s fraud & theft that is what they do period. Warning Do not buy anything from this site. Address says in states but the phone number along with address r not this companies or they choose not to respond if u need anything, no service.I was purchasing what site stated a YETI Camino Tote, what I received was not a YETI not anywhere on bag, as photo showed and description on site. I received a $3.00 cheaply made maybe a make up bag, who knows I received garbage, no response for returns!

Sadly a total scam website. Ordered a light blue Yeti cooler bag, recieved a chinese brand navy blue lunch box that doesn't even remotely resemble my purchase. They didn't even try here. When you call the number it's disconnected and they do not respond to email. I had to fight with my credit card company to have it removed.

Ordered a Yeti Ice bucket, received a small, cheap aluminum pail that was smashed.

My daughter asked me to order her a cup from this website a few months back. I did, and four months later nothing ever arrived at our door. I tried to get in contact with support, but it is pretty much non-existent and never responed. This website is a scam.
