Amazing service!
Having previously purchased an Anfibio packraft from the company the service I received was excellent. So, having decided on upgrading my tent i tentatively reached out to them to see what they could do to help.
That evening I received a phone call from Paul, who was actually on the school run and said he would come back to me with a price the following day. The quote duly arrived, was at a super competitive price so I went ahead with the purchase. He said he would add it to the order and take about a week after that.
My tent arrived ahead of time and I am delighted with both the product and the amazing customer service.
These days it would appear that if you sell niche or on trend items discount and striking a deal are a thing of the past. Luckily with this company you get proper good old fashioned service so speak with them, strike a deal and you like me will make them your first port of call.
In summary, I highly recommend this company for all things packrafting, ultralight and bikepacking.
