Not sure about the negative reviews - I couldn't be happier. $1 boxes that ship free - you can't beat that. No, they won't arrive the next day - they are only $1 and ship free. Are they $1 boxes - no, they are better than you'd expect. I was pleasantly surprised, and will be ordering more. You can't get $1 boxes anywhere - definitely not of this strength and shipped free. I'm beyond impressed!!

I am extremely happy with them. I think in our economy today to have quality product and good price is hard to find. I am not sure what happen with others but I will be ordering again. The boxes are nice and heavy and they delivered right to my door.

Paid for “same day processing and shipping”, and it didn’t process or ship that day. It was before their allotted time slot of before 3pm. Sent an email to their CS. No response. I’ll now have to get my bank to refund.

I placed an order a few days ago. All I want to know is when the order will arrive and I can’t get anyone to answer me. They don’t have a number on their website. I reached out to someone on their Instagram page. They read it and just ignored me! Very unprofessional! I just want my money back now.

Pleasantly surprised, boxes were good quality, amazing value for $1.00 with free shipping. Best option available if you’re moving on a budget, definitely will order again.

Ordered 10 large white boxes with handles, and 20 medium white boxes. Received 10 large white boxes - 2 that were improperly glued (can not be folded/used), and several with the handles and print wrong. The glue is cheap and several boxes split at the edges easily. The 20 medium white boxes arrived brown. I asked the company what happened and they said they changed the boxes after I ordered. They didn't bother to notify me. They offered to send a new pack of large boxes because of the boxes that arrived unusable. That was 17 days ago and they have not replied since that they're actually sending anything. I'm now in need of those boxes I was supposed to have. Do yourself a favor and don't bother. Spend a quarter more on boxes that aren't going to be so flawed. You get what you pay for, sadly.

Great quality boxes - was a little skeptical when I ordered, but they are not flimsy and they shipped within a week.

How can I get their customer service number? They are not responding to my email about the status of my order

I was surprised to see the negative reviews on here. I ordered boxes from Packeze & received them within the time window stated on the website. There was a little wait but when I contacted customer service they were very helpful and understanding. I was worried considering the prices of the boxes being so low but when I received my boxes I had to come give them their props…. Quality of the boxes were 10/10. I just want to know, what’s the catch??

I paid for 10 boxes measuring 20x20x15. A representative from the company texted me asking if it'd be okay if they substituted those with 20x20x12.5 boxes. I told them that was fine as long as I was discounted for the 10,000 in^3 I was losing with this substitution. The rep responded by telling me of the prices of the boxes they sell, completely ignoring my concern. On top of that, it took nearly 2 weeks for them to reach out with this information. Bad experience due to bad customer service.

These are good boxes yall. I took a leap of faith and ordered for my move. I especially like the large ones with handles but the smaller ones are well made as well. You can’t beat this price. Shipping takes a little time so order early but buy with confidence. GREAT boxes.

I ordered boxes and never received them or a response to any emails or Facebook message I sent regarding the boxes. I had to have my bank refund me. Very disappointing.

Wary of this company (few reviews, really great prices on packing boxes). Shipping was slightly delayed, but my emails were answered very promptly. $60 for 45 good size boxes (30 large, 15 extra large). Will order more from packeze if needed, thanks!
