Responsibility???

I see disintegrating processes, unmotivated customer service and a refusal to give any written feedback (I think so that they can be held accountable).
They put the package in a far-off parcel machine, and when I asked for it to be redirected to an address, they ignored it and returned the package to the sender.
No responsibility, I should complain to the sender...

Avoid if possible

Deliveries randomly made to locations 8+ miles away and terrible customer service. They lost my item several months ago and are still making me jump through hoops to get compensation. Having finally admitted their error, they still want the seller to pay on their behalf. Awful company

Garbage

I ordered from Pest County to Pest County. Nevertheless, they sent my package all the way to a Prague depot as well. The app is full of language errors, often unintelligible, as are the emails and the SMS messages. After ordering there was nothing for days, then they lied that they couldn't put it in the local locker — which I doubt; I don't think they even tried. They asked me to choose another locker. Okay. There were two other ones that might work, I chose one. Again, nothing for days. Then they told me they left my package at a shop one hour away, a place with almost no public transport.... I have no chance to get there on weekdays, and only very limited options on Saturday... For all that, I might as well have picked it up in person from where I ordered it... This is not a service, but a total zero. From what I can see, they even have other people's packages stolen, lost, or smashed... First and last time I used this rubbish. They operate like this across Europe. Is this why Foxpost had to be ruined too? I hope someone more competent takes you over, or just go out of business! What you do is sloppiness, and in many cases also a crime. No one should use them!

I submitted mForgotten complaint, forgotten customery complaint about a…

I submitted my complaint about a damaged package on May 16, 2025, with photos attached. I did not receive any response for three months, and then I was told that my complaint had been 'forgotten to be forwarded'. This alone is unacceptable, as by law they were required to respond within 30 days.

The outer packaging of the parcel was visibly damaged, which I proved with photos. According to Packeta’s own Terms and Conditions, they are responsible for the condition of the outer packaging, yet they tried to shift all responsibility to the sender. To me, this is nothing more than avoiding accountability.

Unfortunately, my experience is that Packeta does not stand by its customers, their complaint handling is slow and non-transparent. After this, I will certainly not choose them again.

Delivers to random address.

They pick a random packet locker in the city and deliver there. I live 200m from one. Yet they manage to deliver to one where I have to travel 10km to get to. WTF.

Since Foxpost merged with Packeta

Since Foxpost merged with Packeta, a package has been arriving in 2 weeks or never! Terrible service. I do not recommend Packeta delivery company. Pay attention to it, it is a little more expensive, but choose GLS or something else.
