The site works perfectly! I myself encountered a problem and immediatly went to the customer support service and was helped by Kieran. He was extremely friendly and super fast! Everything was fixed and i got all the information i needed. Truly a great experience!

would give a 5* review, but there is something shady about packdraw, they do not have an exact formula to calculate level progress (they do but dont share probably cuz its dynamic to keep player depositing more and lose more.) sometimes, even losing alot of money and wagering thousands does not progress the account level, and when contacting support about it, they say they dont have a formula. IT SHOULD BE TRANSPARENT! i am 100% sure packdraw is manipulating this part. otherwise, its a good platfrom but expensive, its not for everybody. some people deposit 20 and play 2 hours slots, while here its different, unles u play with 0.01 packs which suck imo, and you will risk burnign your 20 very quickly. i have had some great profits here so i cant complain about game fairness.

i personally feel manipulated, since me and my friend simultaneously used both our lvl 0 accounts, and played exactly the same battles with same outcome, wager packs, and the level progress was different in both accounts? @packdraw, fix it. be transparent or your EOS blockchain means nothing if player cant have control and access to all his data.

Guys, these are the same scammers connected to Roobet they use these systems to launder money.

well set up site with cool features, but the actual gambling aspect is a scam. The "pack bots" will win every time if you do battle mode and you will not hit anything if you just open packs regularly!

Honestly, if you withdraw in crypto, take this review as a 4-star, but the site is good. The only issues I have with it are the long processing times on the claims and the long crypto deposit times. The community cases are a nice feature of the site, giving unique cases and a way to let players earn money.

I've been playing packdraw from a long time its really entertaining and also compared to any other sites i feel this site's win chances and wins are better. There are numerous rewards too likenthe usual daily weekly and monthly bonuses and daily free packs depending on your level. Even with being low level i must have gotten a lot of good pulls there too

There's also community packs where you can make your own pack and if people opens them you also get the commission ✨️ Gotten a lot of $ from there too!!

Thank you for your reply. However, I must reiterate that referring me to your internal “policies” does not exempt you from compliance with German law. Under the German State Treaty on Gambling (GlüStV 2021), platforms offering games of chance for monetary stakes without a valid German license are considered to be operating illegally. In such cases, user agreements and platform policies are legally void and do not provide protection from regulatory or civil consequences.
