The team called me the day before as a courtesy check-in, which I found thoughtful and very helpful. On the day itself, they were running slightly late (about 20 minutes) but communicated promptly, which demonstrated real professionalism.

During the move, they took a smart approach to managing storage capacity by first confirming which items needed removal and then cross-matching this with the size of the storage site. Each item was handled gently and respectfully, and great care was taken with the stairway as well - not a mark left behind.

What really stood out was their safety-first approach. They ensured lifting was managed properly and that team members looked after themselves as well as my property. That gave me full confidence in their professionalism.

Overall? A masterfully done job - 5 out of 5.

Booked a removal of a few items with them, everything seemed good initially, they arrived the guy was friendly and all seemed to be going well.

When the guy was packing the bed he put the metal rods against the leather (even though we highlighted this to him and he re assured us it’s ok) then we say there was damage to the bed and also a chair we were moving.

After when we called the office to highlight this the lady was the most unprofessional person (and I don’t say this lightly) I’ve ever dealt with, she started screaming at me over the phone saying it was already like this and I’m trying to scam them.

Instead of trying to find a resolution they demanded I pay them and deal with the damage after. I requested them to share with me a copy of the insurance claim they filed at which point she threatened to call the police.

I will be escalating this via small claims court and I highly highly recommend for anyone considering them to choose a different provider.
