PackagingBlue took my packaging design and brought it to life beautifully. The quality of the final product was excellent, and their team was very attentive and communicative throughout the process. The order arrived on time, was packed extremely well, and had virtually no damage. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish.

Have been using these guys for custom boxes for a few years. Sometimes their prices are a bit on the higher side but the quality and speed is worth spending a little bit more.

Packaging Blue has Violated, & BROKEN THEIR LEGAL AGRMT., to provide me a Reprint, for their poor quality Color of my Proof Box, for which I paid, $80.00, which is clearly stated in the Order Agrmt.

Packaging Blue has ignored my request for a Reprint, as they agreed to do in the Order Agrmt, a legal DEFAULT, so I am bringing a Small Claims Lawsuit against Packaging Blue, for the return of my $80.00 payment, & their failure, to provide an acceptable Reprint of my Dull, & Dark color Proof Box.

I am extremely disappointed, not to mention disgusted, with Packaging Blue's Unprofessionalism, & the breaking of their word in our legal agreement.

Shame on you, Packaging Blue!

It took me weeks to decide on a packaging company , and I am not sorry I chose Packaging Blue. I received great customer service. Kevin was very helpful in helping to refine the design I wanted, that took some time also, but the final boxes are awesome. It took a bit of time to receive our package , so next time I will be ordering ahead of schedule.
