I ordered a care package and spent quite a bit of money on the package. The tracking number was invalid, and when I called to check on the tracking, I got a voicemail and nobody called me back.

Shipping of this has been a nightmare. From long processing times to the package being redirected to a FEDEX office with no way to change who is picking up. Makes it hard to have package picked up when it is a care package for a hospital patient.

I just used Package Penguin to send my all-remote team a big box of their favorite snacks. This company has great customer service -- Paul told me when I would need to get my order in by for us all to get our package by the same date, and I got tracking numbers to ensure that everyone's package would arrive in time. I even got tissues that matched our company colors. It worked exactly like it claims. Package Penguin is easy to work with and has a great selection of products at a fair price. I highly recommend.

My sister wanted a care package while away at school. I found most of her favorite products online but please restock the sold out items quickly! I love how easy it was to customize my care package and the tracking number helped as well to ensure she received her package! She loved her customized note that I have written (typed) for her as well. Thank You Package Penguin! I will re-order again!

Package Penguin made it easy to send a care package to a friend that lives halfway across the country! They had lots of options to choose form to include in the package, and it even delivered a day earlier than projected!

I’m very impressed with my care package that was made up for my girlfriend that was in quarantine. I browsed several websites and this one was the only one with good prices and great shipping! The shipping was very quick and the package was perfect, exactly how I ordered it. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for customizing your own package.

The box arrived in a timely fashion, were packed well, and the recipient loved it. Well worth the money and I hope to use again in the future.

Getting to make the care package is such a fun experience. I even got to pick out the tissue paper. The note to the recipient was on a cute card and in an envelope. My boyfriend loved receiving it! 💕 not only was it priced fairly but the shipping time was spot on. Much better than any competing company.

ordered sour skittles, only regular skittles came. lots of flavors not the right match. otherwise a good package

Still no update tracking information since January 15th. Doesn't even say that the post office received the package yet. I ordered this for my husband whose currently deployed and tracking packages is extremely important.

They were very nice to work with when I was unsure if the address was correct. The receiver of the gift loved it and it made their day. It was really well done and a great site to order care packages from when you can’t get out.

Everything was as ordered! The recipient loved it! Super fast shipping. The only thing I would change is the M&M wrappers said “happy birthday” on the package and this was not a birthday order.

Ordered a Halloween theme package for my grandkids. Came on time. Packaged nicely. Grandkids found treats yummy. The plastic bugs were a plus. The roach scared my granddaughter. It made for great fun! Thanks! I will order again.
