We used Pacific For Less for our recent anniversary trip to Bora Bora. Claudia and her team were excellent - through the entire process. From deciding which resorts we would visit to picking the airlines to making dinner reservations - everything was seamless. I could not be happier with the service that they provided. She helped to make our dream vacation a reality. The Pacific For Less team is extremely professional and easy to work with. Their experience with French Polynesia and Bora Bora was evident in all of the reccomendations they made. I will definitely use them again when planning our next trip to French Polynesia.

Then, we spent five nights at the St. Regis Bora Bora, which was nothing short of magical. From the stunning villas to the world-class amenities, this resort exceeded every expectation. Waking up to the iconic views of Mount Otemanu and experiencing the incredible service at St. Regis made us feel like we were living in a dream.

Every moment, from start to finish, was filled with luxury, relaxation, and pure joy. Pacific for Less handled everything with such precision and care that all we had to do was soak in the beauty around us.

I have nothing but positive to say about my experience with Pacific for Less. I haven't used a travel agent in years and always book online or direct. I'm really glad I did so for my recent trip to Bora Bora. They did an outstanding job. Both Cathi and Monika were great to work with and very responsive. Claudia and her team from Pacific for Less insured our wedding anniversary trip would be a trip of a lifetime. From the moment we landed and were met at the Tahiti Faa'a International airport to our final day in French Polynesia everything about this trip was beyond our expectations. We started the trip in Mo'orea, then went to Taha'a and finally spent the remaining days in Bora Bora. Cathi and the whole team at Pacific For Less did an amazing job helping us plan and book our Bora Bora vacation. Their recommendations for resorts, tours and restaurants were top notch and everything went smoothly once we got there. We were treated like VIPs thanks to special perks they provided, from being whisked through airport customs to sitting at a private table at Villa Mahana, to the airport lounge with AC where we could relax and wait for our flight home. Thank you for making our dream trip happen, we will definitely book with Pacific For Less again when we return to French Polynesia!

This was THE most relaxing vacation because PFL had everything all set up and we didn’t have to think nor worry about what was happening next! PFL gave great advice and suggestions, from picking resorts, excursions and dining to a packing list! It was great to know that help was always a phone call or email away and if we had a problem (we did not) there would be someone else to advocate for us and take care of it. Highly recommend PFL!!

My wife and I just got back from our second trip to French Polynesia. We booked through Pacific for Less on both vacations. They spend time getting to know what you want to do on your dream vacation. Then they tailor the vacation to your preferences and budget. Once booked, they provide packets of information outlining exactly what you need to do when visiting the country. I have talked to people who booked through other big box and vacation sites and the difference is clear. Book with Pacific for Less and you have a team of attentive experts who are more than happy to assist you plan the trip and overcome any obstacle you may encounter while travelling. Highly recommend!

Working with Pacific For Less was so easy and stress free. They made setting up our trip and travel plans so simple. From flights, hotel transfers, excursions, dinner plans, they handled it all. We told them our wishes and they granted! Their communication was excellent and prompt any time I had a question over our itinerary prior to departure. We have used PFL in the past and will continue to do so for our all of trips to Tahiti in the future.

Great with helping plan the trip and with pre-travel communication. We were able to set up a travel structure that worked for our family, and book add-ons, dinners, etc. Excellent at dealing with unexpected developments; gave us multiple options when one of our flights got cancelled and seamlessly arranged for a changed itinerary (and got us a partial refund!). Also arranged for a post-trip debrief to gather feedback. Cannot imagine a better organization to work with!

Pacific for less was amazing to work with! I typically plan travel myself but went the travel agent route since there was a good amount of transfers needed and this was a special trip for my ten year anniversary. They found better deals than I did and included great perks like free breakfast and one of my favorite excursions. It was also so nice showing up to the resorts and my dinner and spa reservations were already made. The best part was their service while we were on the island. There was a local airport strike and Claudia was on the phone with us at 8pm the night before figuring out alternatives to get us to our next destination. Other couples who booked alone of through Costco were scrambling and we had no stress with PFL help. They specialize in French Polynesia and have such great reviews for a reason!

Claudia and her team at Pacific For Less were very warm, friendly and professional. Their expert knowledge of French Polynesia helped us in designing the perfect vacation. They were with us each step of the way from our first quote to the very end. Claudia explained various options for resorts, and helped us choose the perfect one for us. She and her team booked our room at the resort, all dinner reservations on and off property, flights, airport VIP lounges, transfers between the airports and the resort, and onsite guides from Marama Tours to point us in the right direction once we arrived in Tahiti and Bora Bora. They would have booked tours for us as well, but we opted to skip the tours and just relax.
One special moment to highlight. A few weeks before our trip, the airline canceled our flight out of LA to Tahiti. Claudia contacted us immediately to help us choose an alternate flight that would work for us. She and her staff also advocated for us with the airline to pay for the one night hotel stay in Tahiti that we needed due to the flight change. And when the airline wouldn't reveal what hotel they booked for us until we arrived in Tahiti, Claudia reserved a hotel room for us just in case the airline didn't come through. This team showed so much care for us so that our honeymoon would be perfect, and we can't thank them enough. It really was absolutely perfect.
