I was gifted a hat by my friend. It's the one with the puffins. My daughter tried to steal it from me because it's so cute. To save any arguments I've had to buy her one too. She chose the one with the penguins. They are so well made a really warm.

Very disappointed after two successful previous purchases of cardigans. The third and latest was way too big though sized similarly to the others and when I asked for a refund (on postage) the answer was a clear “No”. I am still waiting, two weeks later for the refund which will be minus delivery and return costs. I would have exchanged for a smaller size if Pachamama had been more amenable but their attitude was less than accommodating to a returning customer so have cut my losses and have bought elsewhere.

I ordered a beanie to go with the wrist warmers I got for Christmas. My order arrived in the allotted time, with good communications from order to delivery. Only after I'd ripped the label off did I realise I'd received a bobble hat, not a beanie. I emailed, assuming I wouldn't be able to exchange without the labels attached, but got a prompt reply saying it was no problem, a returns paid label, and a replacement within a week.
