This process has been a complete disaster. Bait and switch at its finest.

When we signed up we were promised “straightforward pricing”.

We were stood up for a meeting with our website designer.

We gave very specific instructions with points of reference for our vision, even with pictured examples repetitive mistakes were made.

We had a logo we had ready to go they convinced us to let them try to design it so we paid more money for a logo design, the designs they provided were simply not even close to our vision. We ended up using our own logo.

The final straw was at the end of the project they tried to get us for over $2000 for unexpected charges in regard to a hosting website, which was never disclosed or mentioned. We were under the impression the price we paid up front covered everything. We asked to stop the project and they agreed.

I then left my first negative review to which I was told if I delete my review I’d get a full refund. So I deleted my review. We received a partial refund and I asked for the full refund to which I was ignored there for here we are with my updated review.

This is not to mention the representative I spoke to was condescending and rude. At this point regardless of a full refund my review is final.

This company is a complete SCAM. I went under contract in August 2024 with Pace on Studio and all went well at the beginning and after paying fees for Logo design and dedicated server the communication stopped, no response. I ended the contract in Dec 2024 and requested a full refund as outlined in the contract. I have been given the run around and no call back or communication. Look at the addresses given, they are false, disappointing and do not trust.

And I've gotten universally positive feedback from my business community. Ryan Belfort and his team were great to work with. Fortunately or unfortunately, I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I had MANY changes throughout the process. Ryan was very easy to deal with and all the changes were made to my satisfaction. AND.....the price was reasonable. So I had a great experience and a great result! I would recommend Pace on Studio for website development without reservation.

Started out with a pleasant conversation regarding 2 sites I needed. Easy. Small. Short. Escalated to immense confusion, doubling the price. Sending me fancy mockups when all I wanted was ONE PAGE. It was a very bizarre experience. And I've hired designers for 40+ years. IT WAS NUTS! CANCELLED after 3 days of demanding money for not what I ordered!

For $299, I received unlimited original logo concepts from a dedicated team of 8 designers. The final logo was delivered in multiple formats within just 48 hours. I'm very pleased with the logo and the additional services, including the email signature design and the free icon. However, I would have liked a bit more guidance on how to effectively utilise my new brand identity.
