Ordered 6 and paid for 6 pairs of socks and only received 3. I emailed them multiple times with no response. I filed a BBB complaint and they failed to respond. They are total scammers.

I ordered on 12-01-2024. when I never got a ship update I sent e-mail on 12-16, two more e-mails in January no reply. Items came on 1-10-2025.
The products are excellent but their service stinks, especially during the holiday season.
Pacas contacted me about the discrepancies with the order that went thru Facebook. My sweater was shipped and recieved.
The sweater is FABULOUS and got here in a timely manner.

My advice DO NOT shop from your Facebook go directly to the seller/vendor website.
