This company

This company, the owners of Stinger are a trade only company and refuse to speak to end customers. This is fine but their level of communication with distributors is poor. The information they provide on their stocks is non existent and for an audio company they are completely deaf to requests for support, even going so far as to block customers. Disappointing but badly run. It is not compulsory however to provide good customer service. Ask Ratners. Their loss.

Bought an Audioleads DAB aerial and…

Bought an Audioleads DAB aerial and needed some support installing it.
An email to their support email address at 5:35pm resulted in a reply email first thing the next day. Went back with another question and got an immediate reply. Very helpful support agent called Stuart.
Most impressed.
