Product was of good quality and fit and was delivered promptly. I was out when the parcel arrived so was very grateful that the delivery driver took the time to call me for instruction as to where to leave it. Thank you!
Poor service. No responsibility taken. Shame.
Purchased some quirky presents for friends 1st half of December and it arrived in FEBRUARY after being set to my address without home number TWICE. Only delivered after I requested to have it sent to my Work and demanding tracking number.
Company doesn't feel like it should compensate in any way. None of it was addressed in my correspondence with them.
Pity.

Poor packaging and delivery. Product okay.
Product appears to be okay but was disappointed with delivery. Ordered on a Saturday but wasn’t dispatched until the Wednesday, eventually arriving on the Saturday. Seems very slow and at £4.29, quite expensive. Also, came in a massive box, far too big for the size of the package - actually made Amazon’s normal poor standard seem quite reasonable!

Parcel did not turn up. Sent 3 emails to customer service, no replies to any. Phoned the same to get a recorded message and disconnected. No tracking or trace ability and seemingly no way to get in touch. Terrible service
Pabo responded to trust pilot asking for an email to a different address. Sent two more emails, still no response. Not impressed

Avoid total scammers
I ordered my goodies on the 21st of December 2018. It was dispatched dispite there being no house number on my address (no clue how this happened)and this is 100%my fault according to pabo customer services. It is now the 25th of January and my goodies still have not been delivered. The reason for the delay is that even though the courier NEVER even attempted delivery or contacting me, the parcel has to arrive back in pabo in Germany!!! The address on the website is Walsall UK. Avoid this company at all costs, you wont get any joy-totally ruined the joy the website is built upon and cost me money for the privilege.
