Items great but trying to get bk in…

Items great but trying to get bk in touch through there on line is useless sent 6 messages when it would work still no reply that was over a week ago I then tried what’s app that just sent you to what’s app with no number to send message 😱

Money taken and items never received

I ordered from them in June and they took my money for the order but I have never received my items. I have emailed them four times but still no response. I will never use them again.

Non-existant customer service

Ordered on the 1st of July, received confirmation of order via email and payment has been taken. Not received my order, have emailed twice to ask when I should expect delivery, no response. Their website advises delivery to the UK within 15 days, it’s now been 24. Will not be using them again and will now be requesting a refund via PayPal.

Would recommend to AVOID this company

Would recommend to AVOID this company. As many before me said, they took my money, received no communication, no item, an no one replied to my emails or picked up the phone. Luckily, managed to get money back through PayPal. Lovehoney sells similar items and it is based in the UK, will use them next time as Pabo has gone down hill.

I ordered a couple of items on 15th…

I ordered a couple of items on 15th June. I received an email on the 21st June to say they were on the way. I hadn't received them by the 13th July. So I wrote three times to find out what I should do as I haven't received my items and have heard nothing from them.
If this is their customer service, steer clear of this company.

Money taken order not delivered after 22 days. Don’t order/buy on Pabo’s website!!

Not sure how others have given them positive reviews. I had placed my order with them 22 days ago during their special promotion weekend. Pabo was quick to immediately debit my account and get paid for the cost of goods however till today I haven’t received my order. My first email was responded to advising that they have an issue with their warehouse which they don’t know when it will be resolved (???) but I can wait or get a refund. I made an error of judgment and trusted them to resolve the issue and receive my order instead of asking to refund. This was followed by 3 emails requesting status of my order & when will I receive it which have all gone unanswered! Also I agree that there is no contact no. and after the threat of loosing my money paid for the order, I wouldn’t want to incur more costs by calling their premium no. or Netherlands no.
Also when I try to sign into my account it shows cannot log in and request to open a new account which on doing so advises account with my email already exists & cannot crest a new one??
I have searched their website for contact details but weirdly they give a .co.uk email id for ensign them for orders placed before 10th July & a open field email in which you can populate the details for orders placed after 10th July with a comment that they will respond within 4 hours on a working day. Tried sending mail using this route however 16 hours later no response has been received.
Honestly currently steer clear of buying anything on Pabo’s website.

Non delivery and no contact possible

I ordered 2 items on the internet from Pabo uk and almost 3 weeks later I have not received any goods and emails are not replied to and their answering system does not work. My payment appears to be lost and I have no means of contacting them. BEWARE.

Bought and had goods but charged for delivery

Bought and had goods but charged for delivery when should have been. Been advised will get refund but over a month later still waiting and emails being ignored. Crap company and would recommend using competitor

Not had a good experience with these…

Not had a good experience with these guys ordered 3 weeks ago no email to say it's been dispatched I have sent 3 emails giving them an opportunity to reply and nothing and customer service phone number just on repeat doesn't give you any options will be reporting it as fraud

AVOID

Purchased a toy to then get an email saying was out of stock.. need to manage stock control more. Quick to take payment but when emailed for refund I am being ignored.! I will be taking this to social media as I work in social media platforms. Very disappointed in the service.
