I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm. My experience has been deeply frustrating and has added significant stress to an already difficult situation.

Communication has been consistently poor. Messages go unanswered for extended periods unless I chase repeatedly. Updates are not provided proactively, and I have often been left completely in the dark about the progress of my own case.

I have requested a clear breakdown of costs and this has been ignored. I have not been provided with copies of correspondence between solicitors, leaving me with no transparency as to what work is actually being undertaken on my behalf, even though I have requested them.

There has been no clear strategic advice or evidence of a proactive approach to securing the best possible outcome.

Given the automatic deduction of 36% in fees, I expected professionalism, transparency, and strong representation. I have experienced none of these.

If this is the level of service provided when such a substantial percentage of compensation is taken, serious questions need to be asked about value and client care.

I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.

I made a claim against my local council after fracturing my ankle in a broken drain. Louise at Pabla & Pabla was very professional & explained the whole process to me. Supplying documents was easy to do and when the app was correctly set up I could view the progress of my case. The case was settled after a bit of negotiation on the settlement amount and the case closed. I was very pleased with the poutcome & the communication I received throughout. Thank you

I had a bad fall over 3 years ago and I rang First 4 Lawyers who recommended Pabla & Pabla Solicitors. I was informed that someone would be in touch within 48 hours. I was contacted 24 hours later by Germann Reinberg. He has been amazing from the start of the case until the end. He guided me every step of the way. It took over 3 years for my claim to be resolved, but the wait was worth it. I want to thank Germann for all of his hard work and his diligence.

THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN THEY DO ITS ELO .never respond to emails and have bad reviews on car accidents AVOID

From the start I had a lovely lady called Samaria arwo I was well informed of every step of the way by email and calls so that my mind was at ease love that.
Coming to the closing I was helped so much. I would just like thank that young lady keep up with the good work, your company must be happy to have you on board there ship.

Lydia who handled my case kept me updated right from our first conversation, she sent me details of the app they use so that it made reading and signing documentation a lot easier, the whole claims seemed flawless from start to finish, I would definitely recommend this company..

Don’t fall for this scam lie (low ) firm they not doing any thing trying to drag you case so you can just leave my case which is non fault accident not been settled after 15 month they work close with insurance to not give you your rights avoid if you don’t wanna loose your time and money and they charge you 36percent already i made complaint with ambudsmen service and SRA ORG I will take them to court proper rip off plastic solicitors 🙂

I would recommend to anyone. I was assigned a lovely lady called Louise Prescott and she was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and honest and made short work of my case. Definitely worth using, I would certainly use them again if I ever needed them
