We moved to Pabau from Squarespace and…
We moved to Pabau from Squarespace and Acuity Scheduling. Both were fine on the surface, but they weren’t legally robust enough for a doctor-led aesthetics clinic — and they didn’t feel premium. Pabau ticked every box: online bookings, digital consent forms, medical records, photo uploads, aftercare and automated comms. All in one place. All compliant.
Onboarding took around three weeks. Honestly, we weren’t the most proactive clients — but some elements like services and forms did take longer to get live than we’d anticipated. Worth factoring in if you’re planning a launch date.
The support, though, was outstanding. Annie handled our full onboarding — services, packages, memberships, website widget integration, and liaising with our developers. She was meticulous. Organised, thorough, and nothing got missed. I ended up embedding the booking widget myself when our developers hit a wall, and Annie walked me through everything I needed without hesitation.
Emily took care of the finance setup and marketing configuration — again, smooth and knowledgeable.
One thing worth knowing: the booking system opens on a separate domain to your website. Coming from Acuity on Squarespace, where everything sat under one URL, that was a small adjustment.
Six to eight weeks in and we wouldn’t go back. For any clinic that takes compliance and patient experience seriously, Pabau is the right call.

I have been really happy so far with Pabau. I am still in the setting up stage but am really looking forward to getting going with it. There is a lot to learn as the system is fairly sophisticated for an IT novice like myself, but once I get going properly it will make my day to day work much faster, easier, efficient and should also increase the quality of my notes and automatically generated customer interactions. I will also be able to track patient treatment plans along with the related payments for these.

My experience has been managed by Eve success specialist and Martha revenue specialist. Both very clearly explaining each step and allowing me to fully understand the process and giving me the confidence to use the system independently. Would highly recommend

We originally used Pabau’s earlier system, which was workable, but were forced onto Pabau 2—and the experience has been nothing short of a disaster.
Pabau 2 is a clear downgrade. It’s clunky, unintuitive, and far less reliable than the system it replaced. Everyday tasks became unnecessarily complicated, slowing down operations and creating constant frustration. It genuinely feels like an unfinished product that was pushed onto customers without proper consideration.
We requested to exit in August 2025, and months later we are STILL fighting to get a usable extract of our own data. Despite this, we are being forced to continue paying for the system simply to maintain access to our own patient records, which is completely unacceptable.
Accessing your own business data should not be this difficult, yet the process has been dragged out and obstructive at every stage.
The lack of accountability and support throughout this has been shocking. For a company entrusted with critical business operations, this is simply not good enough.
Avoid this company. Based on our experience, I find it very hard to believe the volume of 5-star reviews—they do not reflect the reality we’ve dealt with at all.
Highly intuitive and perfect for start ups and beyond
Starting a new business is overwhelming, but Pabau has taken a huge burden off my shoulders. It is incredibly easy to use, even with the vast amount of features available. Having everything in one spot gives me such a peace of mind and has made me feel significantly less stressed.
For a new business, affordability is key, and Pabau delivers great value. What really stands out is the support - the walkthrough has been fantastic, and they truly guide you through everything step by step. I highly recommend it to anyone - starting up or established as I can see myself using this for a long time to come.

I have searched and trialed EMRs for months and Pabau checked all the boxes for me. The value for the money and customer support have been stellar. Although I have not gone live and am still in the onboarding process, I have been very happy with this process so far.

Eva has been absolutely fantastic in helping us set up and structure our CRM system. From the very beginning she was incredibly efficient, organised and knowledgeable, and made what could have been a very complicated process feel smooth and manageable.
She has a very clear understanding of the system and is extremely capable in her field. Every question was answered quickly and clearly, and she was always proactive in suggesting solutions and improvements.

Pabau - great, efficient, user-friendly software
I have found the onboarding process for Pabau incredibly useful. The team looking after me, in particular Annie and Martha who I have had lots of meetings with, have been very lovely and great at explaining everything. They have also been very patient whilst my 5 month old joins on the calls! My experience so far with the software is amazing - easy to use when up and running, user-friendly, efficient and takes the stress out of running a medical clinic. I like the fact it has extra features like marketing and extra care features and I look forward to trying them all out. It also seems like they are constantly updating and improving things, and are very responsive if any issues pop up. So far, great software, does everything and more, and good value considering everything you can do on it.

I had a session today with Brian to set up the finance options within Pabau, and I found it extremely helpful.
Brian explained everything clearly and in a structured, easy-to-follow way. He broke the process down step by step, ensuring I understood not just what to do, but why we were doing it. He regularly checked in to confirm my understanding and encouraged questions, which made the session feel supportive and collaborative.
Finance setup can feel quite technical, but Brian made it straightforward and manageable. His knowledge of the platform was evident, and he was patient, professional, and genuinely approachable throughout.
