Over the past year, I’ve struggled with a lot of health issues. I wasn’t able to work or even do normal things during the day. After a retreat at Kamalaya in Thailand, I was referred to PAAR. At first, I was skeptical since I had already done so many tests throughout the year without finding the cause, and I wondered if PAAR’s tests could really make a difference. But they did. Thanks to the results, I gained so much insight into my health, and it became much easier to take the right actions once I knew what the root cause was. In my case they found out that I had been exposed to mold and had a lot of mytotoxins in my body - turned out my whole apartment had mold in it. I live in Sweden so usually, this is not normal to find in apartments there. I would have never guessed this was the reason why I was so sick.

On top of this - the people I’ve been in contact with at PAAR are truly incredible. It feels like they genuinely care and truly want you to get better. They support you throughout the whole journey and provide continuous follow-ups to make sure everything is moving in the right direction. They don’t just hand you the test results and leave you on your own, they walk with you from start to finish.

Thanks to PAAR, I’m feeling great and I’m very very thankful I got my normal life back!

Now, 5 months later, I continue with the personalised healthy habits that they helped me develop: including protein in all my meals, regularly finding time for weight training and using herbal supplementation for stress management. I’ve been so happy with the effects that I’m pretty sure I will book another diagnostic in a few months to stay on track with the positive changes.
